  1. What kind of battery do you have in it? Can you fit a LiPo under the top cover?
  2. Nice pics Trasher. It bugs me I couldn´t attend Berget this year. Here´s a pic taken from a larp'ish game called Insha'Allah: There were at least 8 different parties all in all in the game. Our team played on UN this year. Pic by Inspect
  3. Finished my WL setup (this time I forgot comms and SOG knife).
  4. Cheers! And as you might have guessed, there was a lot of snow still there.
  5. Finally got a chance to skirmish with my RK... and it was real fun (as you can notice from the first pic) (pics taken by Juha Kalliola)
  6. Just got some inspiration on what to do with my RK How did you attach that AFG? Piece of rail bolted to the (inside of) hand guard? If so, how easy is it to change battery with that? Edit: just read your post on softaaja.fi. But please do tell here as well if anyone else is interested.
  7. Ditch that colt from the pics, then you´re in
  8. Looking good m8 @ Obi Wahn: what´s that thing hanging from mags?
  9. Well mostly it´s so that Swedish people tend to act like "bättre folk" Jokes aside. G&G quality is really nice, can´t think anything to complain, yet. Stock is in a bit weird angle but can live with it. EBB is quite nice actually, obviously doesn´t compare to GBB or let alone real steel but it does mask the awful sound of a gearbox we all are familiar to. When it comes to VFC, I really liked my AIMS. Though I haven´t got any experience on RS to have a comparison. Galils are based on RK62s. So it´s more like Galils look like RKs gone wrong
  10. Nice work Snigel, local saying: "svenska bättre folk" seems to apply here also But here´s one from a Finnish origin: Just waiting for G&G or someone else to release a fitting side mount rail so that I could finish it somewhat like this That flashlight mount feels very sturdy although it only clamps the flashlight from its base. Though I might have to change it to this later on if it proves to be pain in the *albatross* battery change-wise
  11. I added piece of rubber (from bike tire inner tube) to the gun-side shoulder strap on my MAV (as seen above). You might wanna give it try Haven´t really field-tested it but seems to do its job. Atleast I don´t need any of those bulky AK recoil pads anymore. However, it might not work with thicker shoulder straps. Try it and you know it Edit: oh yeah, and nice find CrunchyBunny. Like you said, it sort of screams for some MOLLE on the sides
  12. That M249 sure looks small when you carry it Sgt Crocodile Now here´s my WL setup, still WIP though since some of the colors bug me. I´m planning to spraypaint those helmet straps black and maybe dust a bit the helmet itself too. PACA will be replaced by a RG one. Forgot to put my shoes on (Lowa Sapporo Mids)
  13. Finished my TT MAV chestrig: With AK mags and PMAGs Shingles are custom made "better AK mag pouches aka B.A.M." and are really nicely done. Slip-not material holds the mags inside firmly.
  14. Here goes: Next step is to get more mags and a M05 uniform.
  15. Not sure about RS specifically, but there´s at least these two options: siderail mount base or a cobra of course you need to have the side mount rail for these two, like click Or as seen few pages before:
