He is indeed! It's a Marui, and whacking the hammer at 'half cock' causes it to fire. So it doesn't really have a half cock at all.

Mine is a 1911A1, the hammer half cocks with the magazine inserted but not without the mag. Second hand but fairly new I think.

Not liquid propane, ow lol. But firing when shouldered I get a blast of gas in my right eye with each shot. Not an issue with eye pro on, but odd nonetheless.

here's a question for all you experts: did Marushin ever make a 6 mm M500 that fires 5 BBs? That would be my perfect shotgun, but I can't find any evidence of one. Only 8 mm, and clones.

*suitcase* renegadecow, you're a legend! When I've saved up a bit I gonna do just that! I'm totally cool with filing/modding things, sounds doable.
I really want a Marushin because I like my guns as pieces of engineering, and Marushins are just higher overall quality. But I know the clones are perfectly servicable with a little TLC. Cheers guys!

I'm tempted by a clone but they seem just as hard to find as the Marushins and not built as well. And 8 mm BBs are expensive as hell!

Ugh. That's what I thought. I found the 6 mm single shot ones, would it be possible to mod them to multi shot? I guess you'd have to up the power though too :/
