  1. so finally i have puchased brand new cylinder head for L85 from power upgrade it is very well machined. they produce teflon coated cylinders for this gun and air nozzle with double o ring. i have not tested this cylinder head yet but it extremly sturdy. Great news .. finally someone produces aftermarket upgrade parts for this beauty .. standard cylinder head is *suitcasey* plastic.. this one has double o rings and looking very good. I think power upgrade is finally shiping from czech republic also to other countries but i am not sure about that and teflon coated cylinder
  2. reason why i mod mags and not guns is that i have 3 m4 type magazines guns so moding gun on one faulty mag cause all other mags to fail on this specific gun.. and apart of that.. i have no problem with all my mags except the D-boys metal 70rnds sit too low, but only in l85 and JLS scar.. so moding the guns would not be too smart either, causing all other mags to fail in theese two :-)
  3. i already had this mag issue.. logicaly you ghave to add some material to the upper part of the hole through which the magazine is snaped into place... i glued some nails up there with a lot of loctite or epoxy.. i know its not particulary hi-tech solution but it works fine for me.. now it is battle tested and it survived aprox 100 reloads.. and if it breaks.. its nothing easier then to just glue something back there.. you must of course measure how low the mag is to glue just enough
  4. i think your problem might be caused by the fact that at the end of the barrel there are some kind of notches in between which the inner barrel is seated.. you have to hit it right... outer barrel has slightly larger inner diameter.. theese notches prevents the inner barrel woble this picture might be funny but describes the issue... try to woble the barrel around until it snaps in between those notches... theese notches are exactly at the end of the barrel
  5. if you order two hundred spacers they surely will ... i am not sure about one piece though... as it happen to me i know the manufacturer and owners of powerupgrade brand (i worked for them on certain law issues) and this issue is mainly because their english truly sux.. if you are willing to pay shipment costs someone would surely try to help you... but prepare for huge shipping costs... maybe it would be cheaper to find somebody who can produce it in your country... it can be virtualy anything that is 10mm thick and producing this can not be great problem in my opinion
  6. i have a very similar semi auto problem just like bunch of r85 owners here... mine being little specific.. as if i switch from full to semi it sometimes doesnt work at all (giving no shots so i have to switch again) or sometimes put a full auto burst but if i continue to pull the triger few times it sudenly "catches on and i have semi again.. switching from semi to full auto is all right though.. feeding is allright even on semi if it works at that time.. it is very annoying problem and i have tried to fond some solution to it but with no success.. i though that it could be caused by the posit
