I enjoy creating/working on/enjoying/playing music, art, airsoft, paintball, cars, etc.
  1. Looks nice, I'm digging the green grips.
  2. I've been playing with Gimp 2.4.1 a little bit lately. It's basically an open source version of Photoshop, although not quite as user friendly and lacking some of the fancy draw tools. Just search for it on google and you'll be able to find a free downloadable version.
  3. Some pictures of my WE M1911 with another I'm working on... I mixed and matched all of the parts for a couple of two toned pistols, now I think I'm going to paint some of my parts when I'm finished working on the other guys gun. I'm thinking I might paint the slide and controls black again, or perhaps gunmetal or something and leave the frame bare... any suggestions?
  4. Pretty sure I can't afford it at the moment, but how much are you looking to get? If you haven't sold it by the time I get some money I'd probably be interested.
  5. I used steel wool, 600 grit sand paper and a couple of other higher grits... as well as Goof Off, but I would assume most any paint thinner would be fine and work better. Krame used a dremel I believe, and I can only assume that would speed up the process quite a bit.
  6. Yeah, I guess, lol. Thanks... One of the striking discoveries I made while bored and lacking proper tools. Oh, I also don't think I was clear on the fact that I did use the 600 grit sandpaper first, I just wasn't satisfied with the results and then out of boredom and need to experiment tried that to see if I could improve upon where the sandpaper had gotten me.
  7. Yeah, if I can find what I want. I'm actually looking for a Hardballer styled trigger and hammer... I just don't have the slightest clue where to get them. Nothing I've seen looks close enough, and I'm not sure if I can use the WA ones from their Hardballer Longslide assuming I could even get my hands on them. The extended controls are just a matter of waiting until I get the money, which tends to mean I need to find a job, lol. Stupid college kids stealing all my slacker jobs away from me. I think TM makes a Hardballer Longslide, but again, I'm not entirely certian the trigger and hamme
  8. Here are some of the 100 or so pictures I took last night while I should have been sleeping.
