  1. I gotta disagree with you there. The rounds will be more likely to tumble or start to fragment, but they'll still be lethal (and you gotta compensate for a lot of bullet-drop). My brother, who sem--recently finished up a tour in Afghanistan had engagements at up to 800 yards, and his buddies did have confirmed kills at that range with a m16 20" barrel 1/7 twist, shooting 62gr m855 (with optics) When he got back, him and his buddies went shooting out in the middle of no where, and with a 16" barrel w/ 1/7 twist, they shot some 70-75gr at about 750 yards (with optics). Yes, 7.62NATO is p

    AGM M4 GBB

Ok, thanks for the advice. My knowledge of airsoft gun's internals is pretty minimal. I just assumed that in terms of durability it would last longer, but i guess not (i need to do more reading into it). does plastic deal with the cooling due to the gas better than metal? Anyone know what the deal is with the shortage of chinese-made rifles?

    AGM M4 GBB

Hey guys, i've been looking into a AGM M4, and i was wondering if the stock bolt is metal or plastic. Sorry if its a noob question. I've been out of the airsoft game for about 2 years.
  7. hey all. have any of you purchased, used or seen a UHC Colt 1911 full metal (springer)? im looking into buying it (more for the looks/feel than function) and wanna know what you guys think. is it ######? great? as far as feel and durability? performance? anything? --thanks

  13. Alpha! you need to spend your money on something else! great weapons choice!
  14. Ive always thought that a good AK has to have wood somewhere on it, looks like its been used as a multi-tool, and has Russian optics, but i can see why you like it.
  15. Zepher, i actually like it a lot. i dont think the mags look too small, and the shorter mags make it look more DMRish in my opinion anyway. is the cheek rest sturdy? cause i know thats for M4's
  16. just wondering, but why didnt you get a URX as it is closer to what youre going to be making?
  17. looks great -FIDO- RUFS, you're the epitome of airsoft snobs. stuck up jackass
  18. Looks great! I always liked the look of worn edges but clean receivers on AK's (unless they have wood kits, then i like em bashed and beaten). Looks like the handguard is a little shiny so i think you should buff it with steel wool a bit, but thats just my opinion -EDIT- I take it back. looks great as is
  19. Robinio - just a quick question: why'd you paint the bolt on your m4?
