  1. The dust cover has a spring that will keep it closed at all times. You can pull it open temporarily, naturally but you won't see much: just a portion of the cylinder (piston/spring container) in tis various colors, depending on its power (black, blue, gold, red). The cylinder has a very smooth, metallic and uniform surface. That's all you'll see
  2. Finally I was able to give a face to useless text of yours (HAHHAHAHAHHAHA)
  3. He did it! The first painted PTW! HaHaHa... I wondered who'd do it for first... you got guts boy, good job
  4. Thanks for the kind comments! (Oik loved the quote mate! )
  5. A set taken a few weeks ago, the team and I in the midst of a few smokes (I'm the one with the red filetered flashlight) PS Sorry for its dimension, this one's too big I know
  6. Oh yes thanks. Well the ARMS I have on mine was specifically shaped after the Acog family (it fits both my TA01 and TA31F so I guess it'll fit them all). I forget the exact model number right now but I'll look it up for you EDIT I guess any one of these ones should work http://www.eaglefirearms.net/ARMSnumber40.htm
  7. You are already a man then. A young one maybe, but a man. My Respect to you Sir I am honored that you copied my rifle. And maybe the soldier(s) I copied mine from should be honored, too, that we did? (lets just be foolish every now and then, good for our souls ). Yes I use covers, one filter and one fully screened cover. Filter is red (for effect) but blue would have been cool, too (just for fun, though I talked to a young soldier recently who told me "when I want to be tactical I use a red filter: didn't really know what he meant but I liked it). Remind me of what a
  8. Im sure it'll be there quickly enough mate, WGC are good folks. Enjoy!
  9. It was nice meeting you mate. Sorry we only had such short time, but I had customers streaming in... hehe
  10. No mate, standard CAW Beech wood. And thanks for the appreciation
  11. How are you buddy * Your BBs were going left because you were keeping both eyes open or for you hadn't zeroed it? I guess the first one? * Sad that your gun looks similar to mine? Why in the world should you be sad (or is it sad). Mine is totally copied after someone else's image .... hahahhaha. If it looks good to you, it's good. Have fun matey
  12. Those wood ones are amazing. To a certain degree, you almost can't tell them from RS. Vivid congratulations. I just noticed I never added a couple images of mine (TM-M14) with the wooden stock and a couple foolish add ons.
  13. I don't know, much likely I'm not even getting that Doctor red dot on its own. Surely not the pair of them coupled. But I'm pretty sure that thay teamed up commercially and the red dot got back into production to be sold (maybe only with) some of the new Acog models based on the usual TA series. It was just to pop up some news and stuff... nothing serious
  14. HaHa well I suppose it's just the usual marketing (US of A: YOU should know better ) stuff... it ain't new but (hypothetical) commercial agreements made between the two (much likely) might have made Trijicon come out with such statement, plainly promoting the use of that red dot on the scope directly AND selling them as a whole unit, too. Not too surprising, still nice to see for a greado like me!
  15. And don't forget about this new thing here (on top): http://www.trijicon.com/whats_new.cfm
  16. Glad to hear you say that. It works for me, but remember to try and train as much as you can with rapid target acquisition. Very curious to hear what you'll have to say after having a few games with it. Have fun
  17. Hi there, welcome among us We will definitely help you out, though I suggest you start from reading the wealth of info here: http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/inde...showtopic=37964 Most of the info you might be willing to learn may well be there. If after reading it you are still confused or need further info, we'll be here Ciao
  18. Speachless. I believe this project goes beyond (but has the same nature of the initial intent of) mine? May I be allowed to say this. Reason is, you even pushed the factory to further customize an already custom product of theirs. When this happens, there is a mixture of passion, vision, innovation or who knows what more coming together. Basically this is an ideal project and an ideal outcome of it thereof. I know I may sound exaggerated, but I also know the amount of work behind this usually. So please allow me to praise it like I did for what I see in it. And thanks for th
  19. Holy smokes... that is a beauty. Hats off to you. Trades apart, you now own the most accurate A4 airsoft rifle on this planet do date. That ain't a small accomplishment is it... congratulations EDIT: tell us more about it? You replaced uppers (or lowers), is it a Max? Was it easy to find that KAC M5? How do you like the burst (you had asked me about it)? Please send those images to Kumi
  20. He's got it too... kewl So Westsidee, how do you like you KAC RAS?
  21. Can't find words. We're with you
  22. Ahh pleasure is all mine my young friend Remember, by no means I intend to push you towards the purchase of a PTW I think your Hurricane metal body looks (and feels) pretty good. Also, we all know there are cons in acquiring a PTW (besides the price). I always want to make this clear for all those who visit this thread just out of curiosity or other reasons. I'd simply hate it if anyone got a different impression (i.e., the PTW leet clan, club, a snobbish bunch o' guys and so on). Have fun! EDIT to answer your edit (lol): haven't tried, don't know yet. I was l
