  1. I have to agree 100% on this. It takes one hell of a lot more effort to try and decode a text language style post than a simple plain, and (proper!) english sentence. For those users on these forums from other countries, as has been mentioned, it's often the case they speak excellent english, and even small mistakes in grammar etc still result in little difficulty to understand what is being written (Nice one guys,i often wish i could speak a second language as well as many of you do !). Text type messages on the other hand - It makes me want to explain to the poster very slowly

  4. See there ya go havoc, posts dont get you everything And yeah, cheers Arnie, something nice to have
  5. Glad to see it back Arnie Let the times of me feeling poor and my desire to somehow find the money to buy more nice guns return once again
  6. Well, it wasnt much, but hope it helps, $10 your way arnie
  7. Guess so , or he was just acting sensibly !
  8. , just waiting on delivery from the nice chaps at airsoft scotland. Will do, and should hopefully be able to russle something useful up !
  9. Cool - Nice touch, and having not already made comment , im very impressed with the paint job, looks very very good , as did your previous photos of the M24 (?) and M15 if my memory serves me correctly.
  10. Sounds good, and no worries, of course i want to donate - i have had a lot of help and use out of this site, time to give something back (Bit off topic, but on the theme of giving back, i might be able to do a review of a pair of Wiley X CQC goggles i have coming, but im not entirely sure whats required in terms of images / links etc like in the other reviews, any help as to what i need to provide etc via PM would be great !)
  11. I will see what i can give, this coming friday being payday
  12. Hehe, im a big guy height wise, so no issue for me really I think stock its about 3.1kg or there abouts, not really all that bad, but start adding accessories and it will definitely need a sling, for comfort more than anything. Not sure what mine weighs fully loaded with battery and mag, but i would guess around 4kg maybe, will weigh it sometime !
  13. Im on there, though i expect i have actually placed the pin a fair few miles from my actual location , still like you say arnie, gives a good general view without getting into specifics of where people actually are exactly, nice idea
  14. Go for the rifle, makes you feel a real man hefting it, i promise (more so when you add a RIS, i think i will need to do weights before DT, or it might snap my arms / me in half somewhen over the weekend )
  15. I can answer your question being my mate bought a tac carb m15 roughly the same time as i got the rifle for myself . Depends on what you will be playing mostly. I would probably advise to go for the Tac Carb if you expect to be playing woodland and cqb, as while the rifle is fine in woodland, i can safely say it can take some getting used to when you're in a cqb environment (a 999mm rifle can be a bit of a hand full when you start out !). Either way i reckon solid stock is the way to go in terms of battery space, that is if you dont like an peqs / ready mag batts like myself edit
  16. All this talk of no one else owning a rifle length M15.... *cough*, did no one notice i have an M15A4 Rifle too ?!, i know its not the greatest of pictures but i thought the 300mm or so of RIS at the front might of made someone notice it (edit : page 62 has the piccy, as does the link in my sig )
  17. Well, after the bashing of my last photo (the scope on it at the time not to some peoples liking), back when this thread was young, i have been spending a little bit of cash, so ladies and gentlemen, another generic armalite
  18. cheers for that constructive comment...use your brain next time, or just dont open your mouth in the first place for your information that scope is a ) not going to be staying handle mounted forever - if at all B ) serving a practical use as a spotting aid in the woodland games i play
  19. Heres a shot of my M15 (Unfortunately i need a better digicam, but that will have to wait). I have some ideas to make it a bit more personalised, hopefully to be done in time for distant thunder next year ! To those that have posted photos, some very nice weapons here
