Cheers buddy, Ive put at least 3000 rounds through at 550fps & its still going strong. Ive managed to fit a 2200mah 11.v lipo in the stock of the aug now so got rid of the cheek pad pouch. Where did you get a 50cal flash hider from, that must look awesome?!

Excellent, cheers for the advice guys, ive put the mosfet behind the plate & there is a suprising amount of space there now, ive found the battery on ebay so ill get a couple of them. Sticking with the 11.1v though for the rof (makes up for my poor shooting ability!!) Just need to find a way of fitting a lipo inside my sl8 so i can get rid of the cheek pad on that too.

That would be perfect, i didnt know there were any that would fit, what make of lipo are you running? The ony possible problem is that im running a mosfet in the stock as well which takes up a little bit of space.

I dont really like the cheekpad but its the only way i could see to fit my 3000mah lipo! Any ideas on other place to fit it would be appreciated! I tried a battery sling but they're a pain in the a*se and the long wires cause too much resistance. Oh and its going to be downgraded, i was aiming for 350fps when i built the gb so ill have to swap the spring for a 100.

Sorry about the big txt, not really very good at using forums it all too complicated! The cheek pad is for the 3000mah 11.1 Lipo! Couldnt fit it anywhere else! Any suggestions on where else it could go would be good though as i dont really like the cheek pads either. I play at shadow opz in kent & the limit for snipers is 550fps as its a large woodland site, obviously i have to abide by a safe engagement distance! The selector plate has been modified so that only semi auto can be used, i wouldnt really want to fire it full auto anyway, would put too much stress on the gb.
