    IDF Loadouts

Hirsto, that is an amazing set up. Makes my pants tight.

Seriously, Hirsto, I hate you so much. Those kits and pics are awesome.

To build on Hirsto, CT troops or SF operating in the urban areas, tend to have more "high speed" set ups like rails and mod-stocks. If you wanna go for that look, FAB and CAA parts are the way to go, the only problem is you'll only find real steel parts such as x-6 rails or CAA stocks. No one makes clone parts of those. If you want a more "traditional" IDF blaster, stick to the car-15 stock and old school handguards, load it up on elastic bands, a2 receiver w/ a cantilever mount and aimpoint or flat top w/ acog. both the highspeed and old school should have lots of paracord on it and and a sli

I would just add a mitznifet, some more elastic bands around the stock and magwell of the gun (your preference of course), but definatly needs an ARMS #40 BUIS. Otherwise your kit looks great from the waist up!

Nepsilon, there are over 40 SF units in the IDF, not including the police force which has its own SF capable/SWAT teams like YAMAM and LOTAR Eliat. So pretty much any gear you buy is SF gear. There is no generic load out or SF load out. For op-sec reasons, they dont restrict kit like most forces do. Regular infantry guys wear timberland boots, merrells and general issue boots just like the SF guys. Rule of thumb w/ Israeli kit, if it works, and looks B.A. and low tech, its kosher.

Best photo shoot ever. Great kits.

very out dated. www.zahal.org is the place to go for any IDF kit needs.

But airsoft is all about looking awesome. Which means if you can use an awesome Israeli weapon sight instead of a 'generic' US sight, then go for it! And looking at your kit makes me really wanna step mine up. I really wanna get a Tavor and one of the full body camo suits and a new mitznefit.

awesome kit! how do you like the meprolight 21? I would just throw on a black balaclava if its a LOTAR kit, since just about all of them wear one for PERSEC reasons.

Yea, I wasn't trying to nitpick your kit, i think it looks bad *albatross*. In all reality, IDF loadouts are the farthest thing from cookie cutter style kit. Those were just my thoughts, and keep up the great work!

Nice pics! Only thing i would think to fix, is blouse your boots, and take any rank/unit patches off. When IDF units are in combat, they rock sterile uniforms. The blousing the boots is a personal thing as many soldiers dont care, but those in the elite counter terror units do it as a matter of pride. Maybe get some OD elastic bands for your blaster, but otherwise your kit looks awesome and your back drop is sweet!
  12. NPAs a great, but are contraindicated in major head/facial trauma. I use them all the time at work, but OPAs are more effective at maintaining a BLS airway in the unresponsive patient. I have NPAs in there, their just buried in there. And yes, i have to old FAST IOs. I need to get a proper airway roll and a med pack to organize the meds i have (all OTC of course). The thing people forget when doing a PJ load out is the fact that PJ's are medics. Even if you have no medical kit, at least carry a pack to give the illusion you are carrying it. Otherwise you just look like every other sealcagubber

So while speaking with one of my friends currently in the IDF, he "enlightened" me on the issue of the pants. If you look at the inside of your pants, on the butt area, you should see a triangle shaped piece of cloth where the legs are sewn together. You can let the seam out and unstitch the triangle swath of cloth, and re sew it with extra cloth from that triangle. The triangle is form where they roll up extra material from the legs while forming the butt area, so it'll all stitch back together. Everyone in the IDF is taught how to sew, especially the combat units, as they can customize t
