  1. Whatever railed, acog-toting variant is in the forefront in that picture is utterly vomit-inducing. // Especially with the gripod.

It's been a while since I've actually posted any pictures, and even these are old ones unfortunately...(I need to get a few in-game :\ ) But here's my M14 based DMR (eew another m14 I know I know... sorry guys.) Parts list: TM M14 (full length w/socom body-swap) G&P KAC Rail/Scope set (swapped scopes for another replica I had laying around, much better eye relief) GB-Tech 'M25' Flash Hider KA Multi-Color/Reticle Red Dot KA Harris-Style Bipod Inside: KM 6.04 650mm Tightbore Guarder Cylinder Set Firefly Rubber yadda y
  3. Dear [insert airsoft manufacturer here], Please.... For the love of ALL THAT IS HOLY.... Make an HK417. Thanks, The world. But gorgeous 416's guys... Titanium, I especially like yours, though I have to say I'd end up swapping the AAC stock for a CTR, and the scope for an EoTech, but hey... personal preference.
  4. That's the VFC barrel/suppressor kit it looks like... Does it bug the **** out of anyone else that it comes w/a .45 marked suppressor??? I'm planning to buy that kit just to immediately swap the suppressor for a marui short-type 9mm. *sigh*
  5. Easy solution. PBS-4. I threw one on my VFC 74u, and w/a KM tightbore, accuracy increased to 400fps-TM M14 ranges... @370fps. [Not exaggerating.. I have both.]
  6. I've never at all been interested in WWII recreation airsoft... Until now. Every single one of those pictures is gorgeous. Great loadouts everywhere. I've never wanted a thompson so bad either!! lol. Nice pics gents.

cut off the front iron sight on the g36 and put a slightly larger scope on there, attach the small center-bottom ris rail and attach a bipod, and that'd be a pretty good looking G36 DMR. I bet that cheek weld is sh!t though.
  8. if you're looking to take that grip off, try taking off the other side first, and using an allen wrench to poke through the opening [left by vacant grip] against the screw from the inside. Be warned however, it make take some kind of glue/re-threading/etc to make the screw stay when installing the new grips.
  9. isn't the front sitepost right smack in the middle of your aimpoints fov?
  10. holy **** myself. I'm glad it looks as sexy as the HK sites make it seem. wow. is it a + or - threaded barrel?
  11. looks like you sold your URX vic? I was actually gonna take a look at it, but noticed it's vanished. And I won't lie, I absolutely loathe those grippods. I have yet to see them on something where the overall look and ergonomics seem to match the rest of the gun, and the fact that their sprouting up on sr-25's all over makes it worse still. Their such sleek slender guns, and they keep getting ruined by that^^^. but hey, that's just my opinion.
  12. Now that is my kind of collection.... Very envious. We share several WA's in common, but I wish I'd nabbed one of those silver P.14's.
  13. Sweet jesus. I'll give you my first born for it!!!!! promise. [As soon as... you know, it's born....] ::edit:: Has anyone tried extending inner barrels on WA's? If so, how'd you go about it? I can find aftermarket extended inner barrels anywhere, short of parting out a hardballer... which I don't think I could bring myself to do... and Chownsy, that VSR is puuuuuuuuuure sex. What'd you use for the netting over the scope? and how obstructive is it?
  14. Yeah.... I was trying to figure out which part of that is supposedly edited... the 'sherrif' patch isn't.... but the answer is, again, vehicles... I'm pretty sure one was used, or almost used, to disable a hijacked semi-truck here in the states not too long ago.
  15. I realize this may not be the perfect place to ask, but being so closely related I thought why not... Anyone tried out VFC's new alu kit for these things? I'd love love love to get info on the MEU's performance in a metal package. This thing will be my next pistol. *makes promise to wallet*
  16. Because of the gorgeous HK trades of course!!! I rather like the two-tone look myself...
  17. Hmmmmmmmm. Being new to shotties, I've never seen that foregrip... and now I'm thinking, with a pistol grip and a surefire flashlight grip... iiiiiiiiinteresting.... very interesting. *runs off to HK distributors for pricing* =P p.s.-what did that railed grip cost you?
  18. They are awesome. Only down side is they're badnewsbears for short-barreled AEG's... In fact, unless you don't mind cleaning your inner barrel mid-game, I'd suggest keeping them to GBB's. [Mine nearly did in my MP7.] But now on a WA GBB, it's pure sex. Second benefit being that because GBB's are generally close-range and you hit what you point at. The fact is smoke-caps completely destroy your ability to follow your own bb's... [white powder+white bb's=not visible at all ] it's not as likely to get you killed. babyback is that a completely custom built supp
  19. To QD renegade or Jumper, (since you two are the only posters I've seen mention the UBR...) what [if any] modifications were necessary to fit it? Based on retail pictures I've found, it looks like the stock itself is threaded. [e.g.- integrated buffer tube?] How did you/are you getting around this? Or am I mistaken?
  20. I think multicam is the only camo I really really like with every item matching. Generally with DPM, Cadpat, etc I like to offset the bdu's with OD or CB/Tan, but for some reason... it just does it. and for a second there Riot, I thought that was an airsoft 417, I about passed out before taking a second look at the mag well... *sighs* Now VFC needs to get on the .308 train with that and I'll be the happiest camper ever.
  21. Don't worry about it... She's sponsored by the ZOMG!@#%$-Army.
  22. Without trying to get off topic, and assuming it's a TM/Cyma M14, disassembly should be relatively quick and easy. 1.) Open stock compartment and unplug battery. 2.) Pull(or push, can't remember) rear part of trigger guard and pull down, it will pivot just in front of the trigger. 3.) Pull the whole trigger straight down (make sure safety is in position to allow this) 4.) Pull the stock down and away from the barrel/chamber assembly. And, if memory serves, that should be all that's needed.
  23. I can't decide whether to love or hate that 74u-vert grip business... I mean, I guess the russian utility-before-beauty thing makes it plausible enough... *check back later for decided opinion*
  24. I'd love to make a suppressed 1911, but I just can't find a suppressor I like on em... Overall I love the look of that^^^, but I'd go with a shorter suppressor. Now to pick the 1911, too bad WA threaded barrels are so hard to come by...
