  1. I was wondering the same as RSM, given that all the issue UBACS I've seen in the usual DPM have the wicking area in that purple/brownish hue. These look way better and it does indeed look like the issue one, it's easy to tell issue from the nasty Viper stuff as the velcro layout is different in the arms. On a side note, do you guys usually remove the padding by the way? I've been using my DDPM UBACS with the full padding layout to this day, wondering if most people remove it or leave it. It's a bit weird at first but I got used to it, though sometimes I really miss rolling up my sleeves.
  2. Apologies for the ghettoness of the tactical bathroom/living room pictures, but I've not yet had a chance to use the gear ingame since I've gotten most of it! It's a general British grunt squaddie impression, nothing specific and I won't be putting any rank and/or unit slides on, most likely only customary patches once I get around to getting some. Alternate, in case the Mk. 6 is bothering me, I just slap it on a karabiner and use a boonie instead. Kit by itself: Everything is issue bar the Bowman + PTT, belt, Guarder C4's and the boots I use, which are simple Mil
  3. Just a wallpaper I did out of a few pictures I had laying around of my M15A4, not the best pictures but I like it. Only editing done besides the collages were photoshopping out the wires and Tamiya connector in the second picture (long live the clone stamp! ) and removing the red blaze flash hider.
  4. Finally, CA battery box, CA forward grip and G&P rail covers. CA Battery Box Originally I wanted an AN-PEQ2 style box, but unfortunately Firesupport weren't carrying any at the time, but I spotted this old type battery box for a relatively cheap price so I got it. General review I'm not going to go much in depth with these items as they're simple accessories, so they're not worth overanalyzing. Here's the basics on this battery box: it seems to be made out of plastic, with the same kind of finish as the stock and the original handguards, albeit with worse molding
  5. Onto the RIS! Classic Army M4 Rail Interface System I bought my Carbine originally intending to eventually buy a RIS system and forward grip for it, just so I can have choice as to if I want a plain typical 90's M4A1 look or the modern style. Contents The system comes in a small, prismal-shaped box which includes only the actual R.I.S. system (divided into top/left/right and bottom portions), a delta ring and a front handguard. The latter two being entirely optional to install, as if you own an M15-type rifle these are identical to the stock ones. Again, no instructio
  6. First off, sorry for posting before a new topic, that was just me misclicking preview post. Okay, this is my first time reviewing anything, so go soft on me please! I'd review the actual Carbine as well, but I think the M15 base platform has been done to death, but there's little around about individual accessories, hence why I'd like to write these reviews. I'll include a few pictorial instructions as well despite some things being obvious once you fiddle around with your accessory, for two reasons: because the items do not include actual manuals with respective installation guides and
  7. Why: Is there an Aliens Pulse Rifle conversion kit? Is there a "Zombie Killer" body kit for airsoft AR-15 variants? Does the TM Hi Capa exist? It's not a copy of a real gun but rather a mix of 2011s! Does the TM Glock 26 Advance exist? I could go on, but you get my point. My personal answer for that particular F2000 version would be "because it's the coolest looking one".
  8. Apologies for posting a bog standard M15A4 Carbine, but she's my first AEG and I love the damned thing. I only intend on getting a red dot on it for now, but I'd be inclined to get an ACM Eotech 512 copy as I don't feel like blowing 200 euros on the HurricanE one (may as well pay 300 for the real thing ...). Does anyone know any EU based-shop that sells the ACM 512 clones? I'd rather avoid the customs hassle. Eventually maybe a R.I.S. and a foregrip but nothing else. I like my Armalites plain.
  9. Doing a review soon, I hope? I'm still thinking of getting one of these instead of one of the new KSC USPs, but I'm afraid of how plasticky it is.
  10. Bunch of coke cans, victims to a Glock 17. I'll take a picture later on of my furniture (dents included) and of my window cover, it has a nice hole in it.
  11. Unfortunately, the 5.56 x 45mm NATO round is known to be a very small round, very light and with relatively low recoil.
  12. My apologies on the picture size. However, Photoshop was only used for resizing and recompressing. EDIT: Forgot to mention -- GigaScythe, personally, I prefer the first and last one. Though they all look great!
  13. Not meaning to go off-topic, but I believe the 5.7 x 28mm practice round (non-AP) is readily available and legal for civilian sales.
