Maybe not the best answer, but when I had the G&D MAX3 I bought an A&K mag and worked flawesly =)

Up to my knowledge, there are some options in your chamber: * Find a fatter nub, for example, from a silicone wire AWG16 or 14, and add a drop of glue to it, so it wont move when appling backspin to the BB. EDIT: use the red one, everybody knows "da red wunz go fasta!" * MAG concave nub, again, apply a drop of glue for better performance * Orga Flat hop, pricey, but IIRC, a user on this thread already said they worked very well Of course there are more options like sugru mods and blah blah blah, but these are the easiest to perform, although not the cheapest, except the first one

Not a fan of keymod myself too, remembers me to the gun haging wall I have at home, but the shorter versions look quite OK for me, I have to admit G&D is upping their game with every gen they release. Glad to see clones improving like in the old times

I havent used one but I do want to do it, so my logic is: * My hability to judge distances is horrible, so a range finder will help me to learn judging them and eventually stop needing it to use it in game. * If I know how far my gun shoots and I can size the distance to a far target which im not sure if it is in my range im less likely to think "that bramston pickle is not calling his hits" * I will be able to know how far my gun shoots and compare it to further iterations of it as I upgrade it or change it * From a rifleman point of view, it is not very useful, but if it is a bolt act

Im sorry, I didnt express myself correctly. I meant that the guy I sold my DTW to, said that the MAG nub was awesome as he was getting some really long distance shots (70m with a 340FPS spring, which I believe is exagerated). Then I added (badly placed) the ORGA flat hop should yield good results as it is a simple flat hop system for the PTW, which you could test too if you had the cash to spare. But as you said, its quite the money to test without some good input from different sources I read about the rhop option made with sugru, but the maker said that he scrapped it as the long ussage

TrY using a MAG concave nub, or ORGA flat nub if you have the moeny and will to make tests. I installed one into a DTW MAX3 and the guy I sold it off says it is awesomesauce. The cheap, quick way to improve it is taking a piece of silicone wire and using it as a nub, it is wider and softer, just drop a couple of locktite drops to make sure it wont spin with each BB shot

So much win AZN, I would have gone with the SRS clone, just to make it F-uglier and make purists eyes melt in pain and anguish
