  1. If I took 23 bb's in the goggles I'd probably replace them. Especially if they are not ballistic rated.
  2. So someone in New York or LA want to buy me a set?
  3. Looking good man. How much time have you put into that rig?
  4. I don't think that it's very respectful to insist on references to prove that he is correct. He says he's a PJ and he seems to have good info, so that's all that really should matter. Especially since it seems the issue in this argument arose from a comment about an MEU. It seems a bit arrogant to challenge him on being a PJ based on his opinion about a pistol, and not, for example, him claiming that we're doing everything wrong, or that he knows so much more than we do.
  5. Be prepared to start replacing parts on your WE/Socom Gear relatively soon. The front bushing and spring guide break a lot.
  6. And now for something completely different. My Soviet/Federation Russian team (Soviet Boarder Guard, and Federation Spetznaz) More pictures and info on our website : Tac4 Russia Enjoy!
  7. I dig the multicam and the jeans. I think it's a cool look.
  8. I dig the last pic. I think it worked out pretty well. Looks really good, can you eventually get a few more close ups? I'd like to see the gear in greater detail.
  9. Kind of off topic. Does anyone know if it is still possible to find a real wood stock for a Marui M14? I've looked around, but everyone seems to be out of stock or discontinued with theirs. I'll toss up a pic or two of my m14, once it's something more than just plane jane od.
  10. Para Ordnance was also the first company to introduce a Light Double Action trigger. (means absolutely nothing for airsoft). WE also makes a Para Ordnance. It's not the greatest, but it's also fairly cheap, so can't go wrong there.
  11. Deepeyes. What Jacket is that? It looks pretty cool.
  12. What Mag pouches are you rocking for your AK? Does it take single or dual ak mags?
  13. Yes! You can see the corner of my head and glasses in that pic! @ Agent Hunk, ouch. Although, I can fit almost as much on my FAPC as I can with my Russian M23 Pioneer vest, or my Russian webbing. Not all of us are speedball rockers all the time. Although, looking at Communi's pic, we all do look pretty bad *albatross* with chest rigs.
  14. I'd ditch the UTV. It looks a little uncomfortable with the FAPC underneath it. With a bit of creativity, you could probably get three double M4 pouches on the front, and then either run a belt kit, or ditch the last two mags (or stick them in pockets. Not the most tacticool, but hell, it works sometimes. ). That way you also have two HSLD kits that you can use depending on your mood. But then again my opinion is biased. I'm a complete FAPC ######!
  15. I got to give a plug for the FACP also. It's a really small rig, but If you plan out layout right, you can carry everything you need. I'm a small guy (5'8" and about 120 lbs) and the smallest size FAPC fits me perfectly. On my friend though (average sized guy) it's pretty small. However, the large size fits him well, and does not look out of place at all. I'd totally recommend getting one. They are great rigs to run around in. Also, if your worried about carrying space, the FAPC rides high enough that you can easily wear a belt kit underneath it without any hassle. I've got one o
  16. No worries. Glad to help. Yep, mine is a Gen II. I wanted to get a Gen I, but they didn't have one in stock when I wanted to order. Glad I did also, its a great rig. Sounds like a good idea you have for yours. Hope to see more pictures of it.
  17. I had to get creative. With my BattleLabs pouches there set up so that there are two MOLLE straps on each end of the pouch (so the middle pouch has no MOLLE attachments, if that makes sense.) Because my (and possibly your) front bib didn't have full columns of MOLLE on the very end, I threaded one set, normally, and then the end pieces, I zip tied onto the vest. I debated putting MALICE clips in the center, but decided against it. There really isn't any play whatsoever in the vest from the pouches. They work great. Here are some images to help get an idea. Notice how the las
  18. My BattleLabs FAPC Gen. II and belt kit. Kit List: FAPC Gen. II BattleLabs Dual 9mm Pistol Mag Pouches BattleLabs Triple M4 Mag Pouches (stuffed with two 5.45 style Ak Mags each) Emdom B.O.M.B. Pouch on the back. Knives, Gloves, Glow Stick, etc... BattleLabs Assault Belt BattleLabs suspenders BattleLabs Triple M4 Mags (with one Ak mag each) BattleLabs M60 Pouch (used an Dump Pouch) BattleLabs Flashbang Pouch (Apparently I have a thing for BattleLabs... ) Missing from the picture is the Hydration Carrier inside of the Emdom pouch, and my radio
  19. My BattleLabs FAPC Gen. II. Kit List: FAPC Gen. II BattleLabs Dual 9mm Pistol Mag Pouches BattleLabs Triple M4 Mag Pouches (stuffed with two 5.45 style Ak Mags each) Emdom B.O.M.B. Pouch on the back. Knives, Gloves, Glow Stick, etc... Missing from the picture is the Hydration Carrier inside of the Emdom pouch, and my radio w/ headset. I dig this rig so much. I got the small size, and aside from having two half columns of MOLLE on the front bib, it rocks. I'm a small little guy (if you couldn't tell by my childlike frame in the pictures ) and the vest fits
  20. Porsche 944. Year 1984. Love this car. Isn't the fasts, youngest, or best car on the road, but it gets the job done, and it's an absolute blast to drive. Shame that come winter, it's going to see more of my garage than it will the open road.
  21. Not the best pics here, and a lot of them were during a game that I really didn't get too kitted out for a Russian impression. Trust me, I usually look more Russian. That, and I don't really have any pics of me in my tac gear, rocking the geardo look. Not the best, but I have fun doing it.
  22. I'm 5'8" and 125lbs, and the Small Gen. II FAPC fits me perfectly (one of the few rigs that does, tbh). On my friend Communi, who is only a touch bigger than me, it looks a tiny bit to small, but a Medium would have fit really well. (and I still think he needs to get one. Screw soft armour. )
  23. Kind of an odd question for you guys, but here goes. Would it be possible to remove the folding stock on the Real Sword Type 56-2 and replace it with a romanian wire stock? Obviously some cutting and welding would have to be done, but how hard would it be, and how sturdy would it be in the end. I'm working on a custom gun for someone, and they are wanting a romanian stock on the gun. Also, I'll have to bust out my camera and post up my AKs. Thanks guys.
  24. Just got my DBT FAPC Gen. II a few days ago. I love that rig, played with it this weekend, and aside from the foam that I used to make the plates squeaking to much, it worked out fantastically. I'll post some pics up when I get my Emdom pouch attached.
