I picked up one of these last week, used it on Sunday for indoor cqb. One problem I came across was how the bbs in the magazine kept on jamming (as in a third of the magazine would fire, then the bbs would get stuck in the magazine and stop feeding). The problem was fixed by chucking out all the bbs in my loader and replacing them with fresh pellets from a bag of Excel bb's. Be careful of what brand you use in the mp9, some brands are larger then others and can get stuck. I heard the best brand to use is the actual KSC branded ones.

I've lost the screw for the RIS on the sopmod, anyone know what size of screw you need to replace it?

My stock sopmod m4 is only shooting 0.49 joules I haven't done any upgrading, just using stock marui batteries One thing though, I noticed one of the pins in the receiver (not the big one, its labelled NGM4-23) has fallen out, I put it down to a cosmetic peice since the gun still functions, could it somehow be causing the problem, or is it a problem with my gearbox?

Yeah I've seen it in mong kok and its definately darker then that. Black bits aren't as shiny either. Also the dark earth bits look quite textured in real life, not as smooth as that.

Does anyone know of any online guides for installing NPAS or a c02 valve into a we m4? I'd like to install those parts, but worried about destroying my gun!

Where did you get a scar that shoots 340fps out of the box? I live in hong kong and all the shops hear tell me their scars are far more powerful then that. Or is that just the difference between 15 degrees and 30 degrees ambient temperatures?

What about higher capacity mags? As fun as reloads are with the bolt catch, 30 rounds isn't much when you're facing aegs with 1000 round sound activated auto loading magazines.

Well he gave me some Silicone grease. He also said that you shouldn't fully load the mags with 32 rounds, otherwise you can't load them. You can check if a mag is overloaded by pushing down on the bb's in the feedlip, if they don't move down at all the mags overloaded.

My Steel bolt catch is working fine. Mind you I haven't used it 120 times.

Not sure how useful this is but I've just picked up a new we m4a1 from mong kok in hong kong, and all the guns there have steel bolt releases. The guy also recommended you clean off all the grease from inside the gun and replace it with some of your own after getting it. Especially around the o-rings.

Hey Poison 123 do you know how many fps the gun shoots on 134a gas with a 368mm pdi barrel (or anyone else for that matter). I love this idea of this gun. And in hong kong I don't need to worry about cold weather for much of the year, my main worry would be that the gun shoots too hard because its too hot!
