  1. Im curious on how hard it is to take off the front Handguards? Has anyone tried yet? Im interested in getting this gun but I would have to replace those ugly handguards. I would also like to know about those co2 mags.
  2. Would a real barrel nut tool for a real ar 15/m 16 work or is there a special one for airsoft guns?
  3. Thanks, im down to the barrel nut. Its on there tight as hell for me. Is it lefty loosy for the barrel nut?
  4. Ok guys, I need some help and info from people who took off the outer barrel and hop up. I stripped the hand guards off and thats it. I need to know whats next to take off. I know your soupposed to take off the barrel nut but what about the gas tube? Thats in the way. I still have the stock front site and flash hider on. Does that supposed to come off to seperate the barrel from the reciever? Im a little confused. BTW, My zombie killer lower is complete. Went together pretty nicely. I just need to get the upper done and thats why im asking this question.....
  5. Ok, a little update, have the lower Zombie Killer almost done. One problem I ran into, not major but minor is that you will need to file down the back side of stock WA trigger to fit right into the lower reciever. Nothing major like I said. Im going on vacation so im not sure if I will get anything more done till next week
  6. I took that off already. Yes, its glued on. Use a hairdryer on it not a heat gun(to hot) to heat up the area where it threds in. It wont take that much. I only heated it up for about 20 secs or so and I got it to budge. Just be carfull to not use to much heat since the reciever is plastic. I did not have any probs but after I got it off it did kinda smell like burnt plastic . No damage though.
  7. I did not get much done today. Im still in the process of taking the parts off of the stock reciever. I need to go back to the store and get some more tools. Im shooting to atleast get the lower done tommorrow. I would work on it more today but back to my job I go Im debating to call in sick tommorrow to get this thing done
  8. Just recieved my Zombie Killer. Looks nice out of the box. Only thing I noticed bad so far is theres a little bit of slop with the uper and lower together. It may be different once I install all the parts though. Im hoping to do some work on it tommorrow if I have time.....
  9. My zombie killer finally shipped from redwolf. Once I recieve it, im hoping to work on it as soon as possible.
  10. WTF, whats going on with the bolt stops? Just thought they would be availible by now
  11. I was hoping to get my G&P metal body by this weekend, but it looks like I will not get it till next week. Once I get it im hoping to work on it right away and give a test report.
  12. I just started doing the full dissassembly today. Did not do much since I need to get to the store and get some tools... The only thing that I feel may be hard is punching out the role pins such as the one for the Forward Assist. Just do not want to reck the plastic upper.
  13. So far I recieved threw the mail my Ra Hop up, Ra Hammer, GP Front and back set. Still waiting for the RA inner barrel, GP Zombie Killer uper and lower, GP multi cocking handle, and the GP hammer spring to come in the mail. Was hoping to start riping this thing apart by the weekend but probally not till next week. I will let everyone know how it goes.
  14. Where did you order the bolt catch? BTW, I like that G&P ZOMBIE KILLER, so I decided to order one. Just hope I know what im doing when I install it
  15. Wow, was it pretty hard to get off, because mine seems like it has locktite on it lol.
