Resurecting an old thread here, but thought i would add onto here instead of starting a complete new thread.
Action hobbies are doing this gun for £150 at the moment due to the lack of magazines available for it as I contacted the shop by e-mail to ask if they had any spare mags and was informed that the reason the gun was so cheap was due to the lack of mags.
I then went in search of mags for this AEG as I was looking at the KA or ICS galil, but couldn't justify the high price tags for both as I lend to buy clone guns and tinker with them as and when required. I managed to find a supplier for the mags here;

.....at a very reasonable 15 euro's each.
Just thought I would let other owners know this so they can get some if struggling to find any on other sites.

I Lol'd at all the fanboys who had to have this must have aeg. To be honest it seems as if youy have all been taken for a ride. My A&K Masada with systema gearbox *suitcases* all over this ares abomination for around £100 less than rrp.
I know fanboys wil flame me and tell me to get off this thread, but I was one of the guys who was really keen to upgarde to the magpul masada after having the A&K, but I am so glad I saved the cash.

Good site, have used them a couple of times. The option to turn on the price including shipping is quite good. E-mails and enquires are answered very quickly. Would & have recommended to others.

I only recieved mine last month, but the slider on mine seems as solid as a solid thing and takes a fair bit of effort to remove. The hop rubber and nub included though is pure *suitcase*.
I have replaced mine with Madbull Blue 60 and have also put in a Black Python TB. It is now working a treat.

Right, most of you have probably seen the pictures of my custom made Owen SMG but for those who haven't here are a couple of pics.
Built around agm mp40 internals with element upgrade kit and using the hop unit from it inverted to take mags from the top. Runs on a 7.4v lipo that is used in the Sten. Some people find it ugly (read...most), but I think it looks mint.

I use a Plat-a-tac SAW vest
I certainly wouldn't recommend trying to fill a platypus with pyro or mags

Some nice kit on this thread. I use a Platypus SAW vest as the pouches allow room for mucho pyro and fit aug mags well along with room for anything else you need to carry. It also has an internal pistol holster which comes in very handy. Wasn't the cheapest bit of kit as it is current Digger issue, but managed to pick it up after platypus advertised free delivery on their website.
Needless to say that free delivery is only in Australia now as stated on their website.
Must have cost them a forunte to send it over here .

Just waiting on someone in the UK to stock molle pouches for the Beez combat vest I picked up with my A-tacs from Predator BDU.
