  1. Best looking paintjob...ever. I'd pay money to have it replicated.
  2. Wow that's a bigass torch...
  3. Interesting placement of the red dot. How's that working out for you? Ideally placing it as far forward makes sense, but I've never actually tried shooting with a dot so far up.
  4. Well, now that THAT'S established...
  5. Good stuff U-Ops. Real clean looking.
  6. Never said I was fussy, nor do I commit enough to forums for anyone to be able imply that. However, yes you are right, as I would never justify spending $400 on a break. And before we go there, I've been around the block quite a few times if you know what I mean, and yes I have used them. Yes they're nice. No they're not worth it in my opinion. Plus, you must agree that 90% of people care very much about the look of their gun. Something about a shinning, silver part of my gun glistening in the sunlight just seems so unattractive to me.....
  7. I'm glad. I always thought they looked kind of funny as silver-toned.
  8. In regards to the stripped screw, try putting a thin rubber band over the screw, then using the tool to remove. The rubber band should fill the void that was stripped, thus rendering the tool not completely useless.
  9. http://www.laruetactical.com/pics/StealthU...heetsmaller.jpg Keep in mind that that image is only reference for the larue rails, and any other rails will be slightly different. Click on picture to enlarge it.
  10. Nice throwback, Azn. I love that 90's look.
  11. Simple and kind of old. Excuse my tactical sandals.
  12. Amazing pictures. Great stuff brother.
  13. Yep. It also depends on the manufacturer of your receiver. I have a VFC and they fit perfectly. My buddy has a CA and they fit REALY snug. Some filing of the mags might help make them fit better in that particular case.
  14. Oh wow. That's interesting. Do you know if maybe the fapc were older versions? The DBT website states that both med and large are 10" x 12". Before I got mine, I called to confirm that because it seemed bizarre to me, but DBT said it was the way that it was. Maybe the newer ones are like that. Either way, if planning on getting one, CALL DiamondBack Tactical and verify all of this, as they will help select the proper measurements.
  15. With the DBT FAPC, you decide your size based on your plate size. The medium and the large are actually the same size, because they fit the same sized plates (10" x 12" plates), meaning they cover the same amount of area on your chest. The only difference being in the shoulder straps. The large has longer straps than the medium. I'm 5'11 around 180lbs w/ athletic build and I had a medium size, and I had the shoulder straps on the shortest position. Considering the fact that most people use their PC's entirely too low on their body, I'd recommend getting a medium because you can elongate the PC
  16. Yeah I sold it not too long ago. I'm feeling some remorse. Indeed the pictures a quite old; except for the independent MC io pictures. Those were from a few days ago.
  17. Thanks. Because I had the 7inch URX. It was an sr16.
  18. VFC - surefire on the other side
  19. Blackwater IO Plate Carrier in Multicam Blackwater IO Plate Carrier in Khaki [i'll be adding another m4 pouch to balance it out] Diamondback Tactical FAPC in Ranger Green
  20. Awesome! Question though, how are you able to fit a lipo in the buffertube with the massive vfc fuse? There isn't enough room as the buffertube is only open about halfway. I thought about replacing the fuse with a mosfet, but even so there is not even enough room for a 7.4v. It'll fit, but you can only collapse the stock one notch, aka
  21. Not necessarily... It's often personal preference. Besides I couldn't care less if others think it looks odd. I personally like the cantilever backwards and the position of the reddot.
