  1. @ FHAirsoft1, I am terrible at taking pictures... I just finished an A1 stock for it. @ Calbur20, Nice! Is that a Hudson or a conversion? (Mine was an AGM MP40, and scratch built the body for it.) ///ed///
  2. Made one for the grease gun I made. ///ed///
  3. Thanks Panoptes! I have been collecting gear since 2005. Believe it or not, I get 99% of my gear at flea markets and tag sales. Spending $5, $10, and $20 per item, some items only $1.00. A foot locker tray of blades and bayonets... I will have to build a bigger gun room, (garage addition) so I can setup a 4.2 deuce mortar and .50 cal M2hb. With real steal/blank fire weapons skyrocketing in price, there is shift with reenactors who are now attending period airsoft events. Hopefully the industry will pay attention to the rise... At historical period events you learn more about
  4. After 2 days of moving guns, gears, ammo cans, and crates... Still have to build a gun rack, more shelves, and unpack more gear. ///ed///
  5. You did a great job. I spent close to 30 hours scaling photos. When I fabricated my front site I used a 1/8th drill bit and drilled 60-70 holes, then pryed out the metal. Then spent about 2 hours filling. This one has a slightly large tube and shoots tennis balls, with the worlds largest hopup system for a flat trajectory. Uses CO2 and a pressure range of 60-290 psi, and uses a 2 inch piston valve with a 1/4" qev as a pilot with a blowgun trigger. ///ed///
  6. The M2hb .50 has vortex internals, shoots 80 bb's a second, and a hopup system at the end of the barrel. (Caution is exercised when used due to the volume of bb's fired. Fixed position in open areas.) High pressure tested "coffin" which can withstand pressures up to 800+ psi. I have never taken it above 290 psi which is the burst pressure of the hose. Higher pressure = Increased ROF, Range and FPS. If took me ONE YEAR to build this gun and two mounting systems. 2006-2007. ///ed///
  7. Some old pictures of builds: Made with steel, by hand, no lathe or CNC. ///ed///
  8. It is the smallest gun I have ever scratch built. I posted a couple threads about it on the US WW2AA and the VietnamAirsoft boards. I don't have any dimensions/plans/patterns posted up yet, I am in the process of moving this month. http://vietnamairsoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=...637&start=0 ///ed///
  9. I posted these pics in the SMG thread before I spotted this one. Finished my M3a1 grease gun conversion from a donor AGM MP40. Scratch built from 18 gauge steel and an old caulking gun. ///ed///
  10. Finished a M3a1 grease gun last week. Built it from scratch using an old caulking gun and 18 gauge steel. Internals are from a AGM MP40, Sawzall trigger switch, deans, and stock gearbox parts. ///ed///
  11. Good to see you've joined Arnie's. I remember you on ASR. Always had quite the lot of useful information. Do enjoy your stay!
