  1. But you are a tinkering Jedi, I am a mortal, ham-fisted fool.
  2. Which is why I didn't buy this thing despite the Thompson being super cool, the fixes seem so simple to engineer (from a commercial point of view) that I can't give WE my money because they can be such half-a$$es. Add 15% to the price and just do it right.
  3. Nice, what's the range now if you had to guess?
  4. thanks, good and bad news. Mostly bad. Hopefully someone makes a replacement BCG worthy of this gun's coolness. VFC remains quite lame where it counts.
  5. could you ever perform a full auto mag dump? how many platforms that shoot this hard can I wonder?
  6. but I paid a 3rd party an extra $100 to have this thing safely shipped into NY and avoided customs seizures... WHEW! I didn't think there would be any issues with that as the trades are bought and paid for by Umarex, i.e., fully licensed and legal.
  7. Did I miss something? Do you need a new bolt?
  8. Thanks for the review, looking good so far and knocking on wood.
  9. I love this. WE's solution to a problem created by...WE! They should be giving those kits away and begging forgiveness.
  10. I'll have to take a big pass on this, though for some reason I am attracted to the XM177. KWA LM4, please be the shizzle.
  11. Are these a 1 for 1 match of the parts made of Brie on your gun? Or are there other weak parts that they haven't made? Thanks.
  12. Only generalizing, I just happened to quote your post to get started.
  13. Is there an assumption the replacement parts won't be made of the same slurry as the originals? If not, who really cares if replacement parts are available? Is anyone seriously interested in buying more of the same garbage? What am I missing here? WE will give the molds to RA-Tech in return for a piece of the sales and the charade will continue with their next release and their next and ....
  14. His break line linkages? Potmetal as well! His pacemaker? You guessed it! Potmetal! The cables holding his elevator...well, you get the idea.
  15. On second thought, WE can keep this. I'm tired of seeing them peddling half-assed ###### with their slick little u-tube hustles. I hope the axles in Jame's car are made of pot-metal.
  16. Someone needs to make a replica of the Vityaz laser seen on the Inokatsu pics. It is surely the shizzle and would make it easier to look past the many faults this gun is certain to have.
  17. Now I'm convinced, RA-Tech pays WE to use monkey metal on certain parts. There is just no reason not to add an extra $25 dollars to the price of the gun and do it right the first time. I recall the original video post by WE (since edited) specified that steel parts would be used throughout the trigger group. Looking forward to more input from the beta testers.

I hope they don't throw away the dyes for the old ones. Anyone have any opinions on whether this new bolt makes the KJW less importable?

As you seem more than qualified to answer, any thoughts on why they changed the design? Would this be cheaper to produce? Just hope they aren't dumbing things down.

There is an implied warranty on anything you buy to protect consumers from 'hidden defects', 'reasonable' is a subjective warranty term and is open to interpretation by the credit card company, it really doesn't protect AirSplat from anything. KJW's policy doesn't matter to Samuel, they aren't party to the transaction. If he can provide proof that the product is defective there is no reason he can't have charges reversed. If he lied about his age he may havie trouble but it also may help. I don't think the CC company will reverse the charges either, but not because they can't. Regarding h

Serious question: Have you been diagnosed with ADD (or ADHD, as you seem young)? Your handling of this is classic ADD. OK, I'm going to solve your problem, but you have to pay attention this time. Contact your credit card company, or PayPal. Explain that you bought a product that is defective. Tell them you have tried to work it out (be prepared to provide back-up) to no avail and you want your money back. This may take a little time, but you should be able to get your money back if you are capable of presenting a solid argument. When you get it, buy a croquet set; it is great fun and will fit
