Now to decide what rail covers I like the look of most...

badum tsh.
I always thought the ladder type ones that fit in the rail notches look slick.
-
Chris, it's just a generic "LMT" quad rail that comes standard with the G&P LMT TR: http://bit.ly/1nIcgln It's now got an OD CTR, MOE Pistol Grip and AFG2 on it (which was decided based on your advice a while back)
-
All I use these days is the ladders covers as mentioned above. Least weight, minimum addition of diameter to the forend, super quick to chop to specific lengths.

Rest in Peace Grandad, Ian James "Pat" Patrick: 08/01/1932 - 13/01/2014You will be missed.

So, we may well have just witnessed one of the greatest milestones in British Television History. Here's to another 50 Years of Doctor Who!
-
So, "An Adventure in Space and Time" was absolutely fantastic. Definitely proof that the Beeb can knock out some excellent shows. David Bradley's performance as William Hartnell was stellar.
-
All these people saying "boycott firesupport" and the like... What a load of *badger*s. Grow the hell up and lay off the knee jerk reactions!
-
So is there actually £24 worth of improvements between the MOE stock and CTR stock?

On a G&P Stock Tube does that lock actually make any difference at all?
-
YES. I honestly recommend the CTR fully.
-
Depends on the parts combo and G&P's tolerances gun-to-gun. I have a RS MOE on an G&P AEG tube that so tight a CTR would be pointless. But in general the CTR is worth going for.
-
OD MOE Pistol grip purchased for my rifle - Thought i'd better grab it before they no longer exist!
-
Well, that was a fairly useless CompTIA A+ Practice Test... Covering such topics as SCSI, AGP, IDE and Pentium 1 Processors!Still passed it mind you, but I would at least like to find an up-to-date one!

Often the way, legacy software designed for a specific task never gets upgraded.
-
We've just had a massive roll out of one piece of software which has switched from Java to Citrix. I don't want to be involved in another roll out like that again! The way it was planned and executed made a lot of us VERY unhappy, especially as we were the ones that had to pick up the pieces after it all fell apart!
Life as an IT engineer in the NHS. It's not all it's cracked up to be!
-
Hahaha reminds me of the new rollout for using Lotus Notes 8.5, took so bloody long and it still isn't sorted
As for old PCs our primary system for ordering and manufacturing was the talk of the town back in Win95 days.

It's not often you get to witness a lightning storm of that size, let alone in Ferndown of all places! It's going to be a VERY stormy night tonight.

So that's now three screen protectors I've messed up trying to fit them to my phone... Is there some black art to fitting the damn things without getting grit underneath them?

Do not even get me started on screen protectors. Phones, handheld game devices, pretty much everything with a screen is damned with or without one.
Don't get tricked into letting a phone shop employee do it unless it is clear they have a working brain.
-
I don't trust anyone but myself to touch my tech.
-
No shop-monkey is getting their hands on my brand new phone.
I'll just keep trying until I get it right

Screen protectors for phones... Is there some form of black art to fitting them?

Damnit, I was praying to Tzeentch not Slaanesh. That explains everything!
-
Nah, if you do that you get nowhere as you have to paint a chicken blue and throw it into a combine harvester and that is just damn messy.
-
Let your shower run on hot to steam up your bathroom, then do it in there. Apply it from one side to the other, then use a credit card to get out the bubbles.
-
So people keep saying that PTS Airsoft is in trouble... What's going on?
-
Finally managed to get it into the 3 Sales person on the phone that I wanted my PAC, not to buy a new phone from them... Blimey, 3 Salesmen are serious persistent!
-
Computing Degree... DONE! Passed with a 2-2!

Well done, now welcome to my world of the glamorous world of working with PCs.
-
There's glamour involved?
-
Oh yes, you would be suprised how many sexy 'covered in dust after crawling under a cutting machine to get at a PC' pics you can get
