No, there were no bakelite stocks. Especially not for an AKSU. You could either switch to a more modern variant with the black polymere folding stock, or get a fixed stock AK (wooden stock and handguards).

No, Grip, Stock and handle (barrell) are taken from a real PKM (so is the bipod and the gastube) and they aren't gonna change Except maybe, if I find brighter coloured handle, matching the pistol grip I'd like to add it.

But as I am not sure if the PKM is welcome in this (AK) thread, I add a VFC AKSU DX for compensation. (At least it sports the correct sling! )

MAG are cheap enough to just replace the ones that might give you a hard time. By now, this was for me just 1 out of like 30-40 different MAG magazines (74, AKM and RPK).
