The threads on the TM/CA are Metric ,the KJ are imperial RS/PTW/Prime WA

A good fix for the body pins, RS body pins,I run them in both of mine and no more pins popping out.

The mod isn't to hard. I used a table saw and a drill press The table saw was for the slot needed and the drill press is for a hole, the grub screw needs to hold the barrel in place. And I needed a 4 -40 tap and grub screw. I came up with this. Can't see much of the barrel .lol Gee,I wish i knew how to keep the pic's bigger

Yep,lived up to my name yet again,thanks Kev.Your right t_hum both pistons are metal but they are the different versions. The second version that we got ,suffers from cool down really bad in the two rifles that we had out the other nite. Swapped BCG's and the guns runs like a dream. I know now which one gets t_hum's piston installed. Kev,I'll post that photo tomorrow,to show which one is getting replaced.

Just wondering if anyone out there has a metal bolt that came stock with your KJ. Mine has a plastic one and a new one that I'm looking at has a metal bolt? t_hum ,you seen or heard of one ?

The DD sling mount,I have a few more swivels and needed a front point for a 3 point sling I have. Still trying to find something that works for me The UBR is on solid ,but am still waiting for someone to make a proper stock tube for the UBR to KJ. If anyone wants I have a couple photo's of my temporary quick install.I only had to drill and tap one hole,so it's not too tough.

I really like a single point sling also. So I figured out a way to to attach a sling swivel. Took about an hour and a half but I got my swivel.

The BAD lever ,fits like a glove and works perfect. My Redi-Mag is a real steel and has to be 20 years old.It works with my WA mags but is not deep enough to engage the catch and retain my KJ mags. If the newer ones fit the KJ mags,guess I'll have to buy another.

To tell the truth ,I only received it last week.But the thing is solid,the bolt slides like silk when it closes. I'd need to test it a lot more,before I would tell you,that you're going to love it. But are not going to be disappointed.

Just weighed my 5 KJ mags with the magpuls on, 4lbs 14 oz. Also weighed 5 WA mags same setup 5lbs 8 oz. All mags were empty, only storage amount of gas in them.
