Add they do that without any logic. I am registered 6+ years, 100% feedback yet unless I make 25 selling transactions, I do not have reputable seller history. My latest seller received his item last week wednesday, left feedback for me. Yet the payment is still pending at Paypal.

I see your point but note that my country is much smaller than yours and salaries are so low you wouldn't even believe that we are not a third world country.
I have to sell internationally if I want to get rid of expensive/rare/special stuff. For example I was trying selling a good vest for a fair price for 1,5 years locally, then put it onto ebay and it was sold in a week.
