@ northernairsofter: That would be notrabies, but I think CatgutViolin was the one who made the custom 1100/Spas12

Anyone know the fps of G&P piston set A and B. Just kinda curious?
I think A is about 330 - 350, and B is 380-400

My contribution:
(another cell pic)
Maruzen CA870 Fold. Not sure if I like the M6 and rail set up, but it works for now.

I'm not sure about others, but on mine the nozzle guides, the bar that connects the bolt and charging handle, the bolt catch, and the bolt cover broke through normal usage. I'd say don't buy one of these things unless you're prepared to spend a lot of time and a decent amount of $ getting it tuned properly. I've seen it done, but it does take some dedication.

Is it possible to modify standard 1911 grips to fit a detonics?
Thanks

I had the same problem. Couldn't get my orange painted one off, so I just hit it with some paint stripper.

will aeg m14 bolt covers work?

anyone know where to get replacement bolt covers?

I doubt AEG op rods would fit on an M14, much less be able to handle the stress.
As for the trigger problem, I fixed it with duct tape. Just put a double layer of duct tape between the trigger pin and the inside of the stock, works like a charm. Thanks for the help everybody.

I was afraid of that. Thanks for the help!

I do have that gap, but I just looked at it again and the rail that slots into the upper reciever doesn't mesh very tightly with the upper reciever. I'm guessing this is the problem? Because the two parts of the trigger box aren't moving, just the whole entire thing.
-
Ive also noticed that when the trigger box is secured to the upper receiver without the stock, it can rock back and forth a good deal. Is it supposed to be this loose?
-
I recently received a used WE m14, and the stock seems very worn out. The upper receiver moves back and forth a few mms. I looked through the thread, and the edges in the stock that cause this problem are severely ground down. The main problem is that the trigger box can rock back and forth inside the stock when assembled. when the gun is ready to fire, the trigger will move back a few mms when pulled, then the whole trigger box will sort of rotate back and into the stock, and then a considerably large amount of force must be pushed on the trigger to drop the hammer. Even then, after the bolt cycles, the trigger won't drop the hammer at all, due to some weird interaction with the selector parts.
Could a worn out stock be the source of all these problems? Or is there anything else I can do?
Thanks!

Thanks! good to hear.

Yeah I guess I should've mentioned realsteel. Dang LCT, selling fake parts when I could get the real ones for cheaper.

Anyone know where to get those perforated sheet steel upper handguards?
-
So I've heard that sometimes the MAG midcaps fit (140rd long RPK mags) and sometimes they don't . Would it be worth it to buy a set, or should I just cut my losses and stockpile hicaps?

I'd estimate 300-400 bbs on one wind, closer to 400.

So would anyone recommend this over a TM G Spec? For a role as a sniper (NOT DMR) does the G Spec have any big advantages (not trying to find a perfect stock sniper or anything, just need some experienced opinions)
Thanks!

How does the report compare to say, the sound a VSR produces?

Thanks! Nice duct tape foregrip job on your SV. Also like the two tone suppresser look. . .what silencer is that?

Stock TM with AMP M6-ish light/laser. Started painting before I realized I was out of black paint. A little wear and tear will sort that out though.
First AEG I'm not thinking of selling after 6 months. . .
