  1. Extremely light, between 40-80g. I will take appart mine and I can measure the weight if you want - I can accept some good choclate for this.
  2. WE outer barrel is the same size as I know. I got this pics from my japanese customer, today.
  3. From the album: WE-WELL OTs-14 conversion kit

You need to do 14- thread on the outer barrel, see the outer barrel below.

    WE-WELL OTs-14 conversion kit

This is the lastest and finished version. All the sizes are corrected and tested with WELL AKs74u (G74A).
  5. Can anybody confirm that there is any size difference between AK74UN and AK PMC gaspiston size? We found few fitting issues with the newest version of WE AK74UN and the WELL G74As havent this size issues - the gaspiston is to long to our conversion kit. I started to be affraid about WE changed the original design somewhere because we don't need to cut down/shorter the gas piston on G74As to let the bolt close properly. I have WE and WELL gas-piston in my hand, they are totally same size so I'm a bit confused... I will be happy if I got any confirmation from you, with a picture with the two
  6. I tried the metal, CO2-ready shells. They work much better as the plastic, GG version. I can use 0.30g BBs on 25 meters range easier now.
  7. Ouch, than I missed something. Sorry. Maybe ask a local mechanist to make the new outer barrel for you. I really looking forward the new WE AK74MN and I hope they will release the plastic stock-handguard version too - possible in OD color for a good stalker-build.
  8. Steel outer barrel: KYairsoft.com The assembly is clearly the same with the CO2 version of G74A. The gun has the same internals and externals, the only difference is that which magazine seat in the box. For CO2 version we made a short-stroke kit because the rear trunnion often break after time. The short-stroke kit will fit into the recoil spring guide with a screw thread and you need to fit with the rear, plastic buffer to make the contact surface as big as it can be. We also made a short video about how to modificate the trigger box. Sorry for the flame, I will stop if it make y
  9. My colleague recorded a short video about how to assembly our OTs-14 conversion kit. You can see how fast to do it.
  10. I'm working on the next test, metal shells with CO2.
  11. I recorded my range - accuracy test with my PPS M870. I tested in on 5-10-15-20-25 meters range with 0.12-0.20-0.25-0.30 BBs. The results was really good despite the windy weather. You can reach this video with english subtitle coming soon, I need 2-3 days to finish the translation.
  12. Yes, WELLs AKs have this plastic buffer. We made our own short-stroke kit which is really solid with this plastic buffer. It is a rubber buffer, if you place the original buffer behind this one, it keep the rear trunnion from this big stress. On the photo, you can see the first proto, nowadays we made them from rubber.
  13. Yes, but the rear trunnion was made from steel. That is why we started this conversion.
  14. So, we used a DBoys/Kalash/Boyi AKs74u receiver to fit WELL AK's internals. The receiver is clearly compatible with the internals but the spring guide holder is totally different. You need to file the right cutting to let fit the spring guide. If the spring guide stuck or not move smoothly it will cause jams on the bolt carrier - can not move, stuck in a position. We didn't tested the fitting with the FCG parts yet. In the future, I can update this project if your are interested.

  22. Because you need to file the bolt carrier a lot to let it move smoothly in the receiver. If you want, I can take few photo about the results - but currently the bolt carrier stack in the receiver really often, even a few days of filing.
  23. It is possible but very hard to do it. I didn't recommend to do it. https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fdoni.eperjesi%2Fvideos%2F1487012201362792%2F&width=500
