I have officially expended my search-fu to no sucsess. If anyone can find any info on the scope mount, please let us know. I'll just have to put up with bolting it to a 20mm rail.

I too am missing all PMs. Some from as recent as a few days but one is over two years old that i was saving to keep in contact about a project that i havent got round to... Not so important to me, but still . Thanks for all the hard work arnie, its so very shiney around here now .

WE have officially shelved the GBB saty project. In other news, i have a roumer that states the mount for the ACOG is a LaRue, but i have yet to find the exact mount. I am still searching .

IIRC the magwell of the satys are taller than the amirites, and often the clear/polymer magazines are molded to the amirites magwell, meaning that certain mags wont fit satys. From a quick google the L5 mags do seem to be molded specifically to the M4s magwell, if you look at them closly you see a smooth area at the top that goes into the magwell, then a "waffle" pattern below for strenght, that dosent fit into the magwel. I doubt they could fit... however... you might be able to [/i]make[/i] them fit.

in performance terms the spas is identican to the m3. I prefer the m3 for feal alone, just my style thats all. To your theoury of the stock barrels beeing rubbish, balderdash, they are fine. if anything it would be some other problem inside the machine box (damaged nozzles are first on the list)

I don't, the TM M3 is perfect OOTB and needs no modification exept the addition of shell loops.

Neither, they are propriatory. You might be able to replace them with AEG barrels but only if you can cut the right shapes into the breach end (both harder and easyer than it sounds:P) Horsem4n, thats retarded, why ban .12s?

The LSW is an SA80! hence its name the "SA80 LSW" or its designation "L86a1" or "L86a2". And yes, the mags the saty takes are the same STANAG mags that fit the M16 and all other STANAG 5.56 guns but you CAN'T sholder the weapon with a C-mag fitted because the mag is in the way of your arm.

The m500 airsoft guns can take RS stocks and grips but will require modification.

Why do you think 7.62 was so popular, why do you think every nato country and its dog has a 5.56 assaut rifle. The US do what they like and nato is forced into aggreeing. Thing is, 7.62 is a good bullet, 5.56 isn't. I'll try to find these edgar bros you speak of, and see if it is them who made the mount. {edit} my Google skils find nothing.

I have been looking for ages for the acog mount. They arent even listed on the Trigicon (rs) website. I am not so sure it was trigicon who made them, they may have subcontracted the mount out to a smaller company. Either that or because its specially for a 19mm doverail and we brits are the only army backwards enough to still be using them that they havent bothered to list it.

There are plenty of army surplus shops and you can occasionally find tacticool things in camping/walking shops

Clean it, then grease it. If that dosent work then its likley mis-moulded and you might want to have a look at sanding down inside where parts are rubbing. be sure to get the right areas, you dont want to damage it

There was one for sale for ages here on arnies, but it eventually managed to sell (i am surprised it took so long!) And of corse if a single BB shotgun has enough power (400FPS plus) then you could claim you are using slugshot. They make quite a good marksmans gun at up to 150 yards. a one ounce lump of lead is quite mean.

Seriously if you have a shotgun that dosen't shoot multiple BBs then i should whap you. But lets not get violent shall we . It LOOKS good even if the function is wrong.

"too many mags"!!! thats less than 200 shots (if i count right) unless you play like a sniper then 200 shots isn't that many. Not for a single BB gun.

If you notice the wierd high angle, and the grenade launcher below it. Ad that to the fact that the eotech is mounted onto the grenade launchers sight bracket you have to come to the conclusion that its for fast aiming of 40mms at medium-long range (at a guess it looks like its set to 300-400 meters) Another interesting point in that picture is the scope, is this the new Elcan that has just been procured?

I couldn't see the picture Hedganian linked to. I can however see the psuedo-taliban that mr marlow posted. This lends credance to my previous theory.
