  1. I ordered 3 of these magazines from WGCShop, and they arrived in exactly two weeks. The magazines come in fairly nice cardboard packaging. It's labeled all over with their company name, website, "Made in Taiwan", etc.. There's also a box full of warnings on one side. The magazines were packed in the box with an ample amount of bubble wrap, so there are no worries about shipping damage. Here are all 3 magazines out of the box. There were no imperfections whatsoever on the mags. My initial impressions of the magazines are so far positive. One thing I noticed out of the
  2. Got 3 Stark Arms mags in the mail today.. Going to make a review on them since they're excellent. Also installed Guarder night sights and a GM V2 zero hammer. After about 150 cycles, it's pretty much broken in.
  3. Thanks. I'm actually using the ARMY sear temporarily as I had an AIP steel sear before, but it was modified to work with a KJW G23 hammer housing, and using it with the G17 hammer housing caused the sear engagement timing to be off.. KJW sears do not work, unfortunately, the tab the trigger lever engages is much too thin. Looks like I'm going to have to buy another AIP steel set just for the sear... Want to keep all steel since I have a V2 GM zero hammer coming in.
  4. KJW/Guarder G19 Went over the trigger with a sharpening stone to get it matte. Dremmeled off the finger grooves and did a trigger guard undercut. Added a Grip Force SC grip adapter, a drop in fit. Installed an Army G17 hammer housing, now the trigger locks back as it should. Installed a WE G19 BBU assembly, took some filing in the front, otherwise it fit snugly. The nozzle is indeed a bigger diameter compared to WE/TM G17s, and it does give a bit more kick. Though it's longer by about 2-3mm, so it causes the slide to look out of battery, but it still works fine. Just need a few more
  5. Do you mind doing a magnet test to the disconnector? Thanks!
  6. Anyone try out the disconnector made by Action? The disconnector broke for the second time on my MP9, so I'm wondering whether I should get another KWA replacement or try out the Action. From the pictures, it almost looks like steel, but then it also looks like the pot metal WE uses..
  7. They take VSR rubbers, but VSR barrels need filing to fit. EDIT: Saw your most recent post, Racingmaniac, that's weird. I fit a Nineball rubber to mine with no problems.
  8. Never buying from Aliexpress again. Ordered a GBBR VLTOR buffer tube, wait a month, get an Element AEG battery stock tube.

  9. Maybe try putting heat shrink over the rocket valve? This should work in a similar concept to the Dangerwerx valve.
  10. The valve knocker cracked on my G23 early on, and the trigger bar started bending, and the trigger pulls started to get sloppy. Maybe KJW quality went down in the past few years? But anyways, once properly fitted, having steel parts just gives peace of mind. Make sure you get the upgraded frame when you upgrade the slide, haha. It's amazing how different a stock G23 feels from its fully upgraded counterpart.
  11. Thanks. It started as a G23, but I pretty much replaced all the operating parts off the bat. I got it from Airsoftglobal, but unfortunately they're out of stock now, like most HK retailers. Maybe try contacting Guarder directly through Intrudershop? I heard they take credit card orders.
  12. Guarder/KJW Steel G19- After its first game. I think it looks better this way.
  13. Just sold an ACM Eotech 557 on Ebay for $162.50. :)

Did you express it was a china clone? EOTech is known to go after people on ebay who try to sell the clones for the real thing.

Yes, it was explicitly labeled as a clone.

I thought they were going after people just for selling clones?

  14. skyrider, is that G19 slide aluminum or steel?
  15. Fired a war-era AK47 in Vietnam, full auto position was marked "30", would anyone happen to know its country of origin?

It was 1.67 USD per bullet, I bought a whole mag. :)

Yep AKs are a hoot to shoot. Reminds me of my Norincos that I used to own back in the day before the permanent Kalifornia AW ban. Still working on your next build/platform?

Just fine tuning my Guarder/KJW G19 now, sadly no GBBRs here.

  16. The older gen Glock baseplates for NFML mags fit my KSC and KJW mags perfectly, with just some filing to allow the follower to lock it in place. The current gen Glock baseplates were also too wide for my mags, I had to use a soldering iron to reshape them to fit.
  17. Guarder KJW G19 trademarked frames are out, sort of. http://www.bbdragon.com.tw/product_info.php/products_id/3265. And a bunch of other stuff coming soon including G34 slides, an extended slide stop, steel G19 inner frame, etc. http://www.intrudershop.com.tw/commingsoon_eng.asp. It's a good day to be a G19 owner.
  18. Is the LM4 shortstroked, i.e, the nozzle does not clear the ejection port?
  19. Mine worked fine until the valve knocker broke, this was close to 1000 rounds fired using propane, also including dry firing. Accuracy is decent since the hop up was a little consistent, but I replaced the rubber with a Nineball, and now it shoots pretty nice at 100 ft. The outer barrel requires occasional lubrication or else it will get jammed by the slide.

  21. Does your KMP9 have the green piston seal or the orange? Try shimming the gas route rubber on the mag with a piece of cardstock, that's what I did to mine to improve efficiency. Also make sure the valve knocker and valve knocker lock move smoothly. My KMP9 has a recoil weight installed, and I'm able to get just about 1 mag on propane doing a full auto dump. I'm going to soak the release valve in silicone oil for a couple hours, and see if that improves efficiency.
  22. Thanks for the reply. I asked because I had a WE M9 before, and the magazine had a similar output valve using the e-clip. The area around the e-clip became peened, causing the valve knocker to sometimes slip off it during double action, and also caused uneven wear on the valve knocker.
  23. I'm thinking about picking one of these up, but I have a few questions. Is the slide cheaply anodized or painted? Is the mag the same as the WE, with the e-clip on the output valve?
