I've found to Skirmish the KJW M4 Effectively All You Need Is 1 Magazine!! NO WAIT - That's Just ME!!! I have over 13,000 Hard Beans through the gun with Only The 2 Magazines I first bought with the gun. I never shoot full auto in games, rather I shoulder, aim and fire as the gun is accurate and responsive. I don't 'Lone Wolf' it in games and have done well with only the 2 magazines. All depends on your style of play,,,

@ Senators2094 No Need to bang the pins out with a hammer, using 1 hand grab the gun body with your thumb in the trigger well and your other 4 fingers on the top of the rail on the upper receiver, give it a squeeze using your 'Kung Fu Grip' and you'll find the pins move in and out easily. RC Car Shock oil for the magazines about every 10 - 15 Gas Refills 10 Gas Refills if you're in a desert climate or if your fling the mags in the dirt (Like I Do) 15 Gas Refills if you're in a humid climate, If You Top Off and Never Let The Mags Empty Of Gas, Oil When You Notice Slight Drop

@ Senators2094 The fill valve was stuck in the down / actuated position. Gas would literally flow out of the fill valve and empty the magazine in seconds. Just as fast as if the magazine was filled and one would actuate the top valve (where the hammer pin strikes) to quickly empty a magazine. There is a small o-ring Inside the inner portion of the valve that needed lubrication. Once the valve was lubed it fills and hold gas just fine. Currently it is filled with gas and will wait 2 weeks and see if the there is still gas in the magazine. I have had great success with

Range Report: Nothing exciting to report, Insert Gas, Load BBs, Shoot gun at everything not wearing Multi-cam, Repeat! Shot 6 mags through gun last weekend. Shot 11 mags through gun today. Gun Ran Like A Toyota (Just Keeps Going,,,HA!) 1 Issue to report, Magazine related: Fill Valve on bottom of magazine needed to be removed, lubed and re-installed. For those who Do NOT Know - Fill Valve Is 3 Pieces, Long Stem, small internal valve and external portion of valve (the part visible to the eye looking at the Bottom of the magazine) Removed with standard screw

I'm in Arizona and have used Strictly Propane ONLY in my KJW in temperatures of 115F / 46.1C and the gun ran and ran. Keep in mind I was Abusing the gun to induce failures and the best I could manage was a broken nylon band, broken plunger in bolt cup and a blown lower where the buffer retainer pin that keeps the buffer inside the buffer tube. If you run in temperatures below 100F / 37.7C then you will be fine if you are running Propane ONLY. If you are like Snoopy and prefer to run Duster then you should have a very boring and predictable long life of usage. So get your gun of

Sorry for the confusion, I speaking Only on the aforementioned AEG M4 barrel he had modified to fit. The KJW has another cut that circles around the barrel that the hop up bucking 'locks' onto. The inner barrel MUST reach into the hop up bucking and rest at the correct depth; or the hop up will not work properly. The After market KJW Spec barrels work as advertised,,, @ Senators2904 Should you receive a 'Serialized' KJW M4 it is a simple matter of emailing KJ Works with a picture of your gun show casing the serial #. In turn you will pay for Shipping ONLY - They

@ Steve3057 Sent you a reply PM bro, let me know what is the best way and we'll get you sorted! I also just noted that you replaced the stock KJW Inner Barrel with a tight bore. If the Hop Up Bucking end Was NOT Machined to KJW Spec the hop up Will NOT Work Properly! @ OldGameFreak I was with Ron all day yesterday (Sunday) on a private field using my KJW all day in 45F / 5.5C weather in the morning to later a high temp of 58F / 14.4C. My gun ran fine all day, actually I was able to out range everybody but the Systema PTW that was out there and I'm running a 10.5" barr

@ slipknot1971 Regarding the Hop up buckings, I ordered 4 from KJWorks, you'll need to email Clare for a quote, cost was like $15 USD that included shipping.

@ slipknot1971 The only hop up design that can be used on the KJW Platform is the Proprietary KJW Hop Up Bucking. How Ever - The use of VSR-10 Inner Barrels are discussed on Page 3 in Post # 46 to Post # 50 I myself have not used a VSR-10 barrel in my gun,,, I am using a "Machined to Identical KJW Spec" MadBull Tight Bore Barrel and it performs, Well,,,like a MadBull Tight Bore,,,

@ WhiteHawkSan & BrooklynBorn I have a team mate of mine who has been using my old G&P AimPoint Replica red dot on his AR for about 3 years now and it is still going strong. The shock / recoil from the .223 - 5.56 rounds have yet to do anything to it. How ever I do know a few people who are using Larue mounts with Air Ball optics on their ARs as well with no issues of coming loose. I have noticed the Authentic Larue mounts fit very well on the KJW upper receiver. Not the case with my Classic Army AEG upper receiver that needed to be filed down in order to lock down.

Myself I prefer to drop the hammer when storing the gun. It doesn't hurt the gun and if you were ever in the Military that is how the guns are put back into the armory. Just that when you're home people prefer to have the safety engaged which requires the hammer to be cocked. It's your choice, my preference is to have the hammer down as I don't care about the safety being engaged or not on an empty gun with no magazine in. Most G&P front end sets will sit fine on your gun, you'll find most AEG front sets will With No Modification. If you find that your magazines are beginning

No AEG uppers will not work with the KJW GBBR. The upper lacks the take down pin block (the pin block you need in the back to lock the upper down to the lower at the rear), also the KJW has a proprietary attachment point for the hop up assembly in the front of the upper. The BCG assembly will slam into the lower portion of the front attachment point (Where the outer barrel is fastened to the upper by the barrel but) of the upper. So there is no possible way for an AEG upper to work on the KJW platform. @wdahm519 The threading for the buffer tube resides on the lower receiver asse

I am speaking of the other airsoft guns, I did not use the KJW as my propane was unusable from being transported in the back of the truck. As it was first wet from the rain, then as we drove into the snow the tanks had zero movement of liquid propane in them when agitated. A high amount of AEG hop ups had ripped during the game. The Velocity reducer is set to the Factory KJW which is No Reduction At All - Just Like Your KJW M4 IS Right Out Of The Box! @Phenom @MrTreble @PianoBlack My KJW M4 lower also had the hole in the magazine well where the magazine release assembly

1 thing to note as well, I needed to replace my bolt cup (Part #15) at the 11,000 BB mark. From Propane ONLY use it had expanded to the point that gas was escaping around the o-ring seal creating a very noticeable drop in gas efficiency. Once I had replaced the part with a new one gas efficiency returned to normal with an increase in felt recoil. The factory KJW piston seal is a 'Lip' type that expands form a friction seal against the inside diameter of the bolt cup. Unfortunately the design also lends itself to tear easily and early on in the life of the seal. The o-ring design has a

No Worries! I Will thoroughly Test / Beat / Throw / Drop onto EVERY Surface Imaginable to Certify the capability of these mags! I hope to have video of these mags being tested to demonstrate the durability. Which shouldn't be a problem as it's Cradle's Design in an Authentic MAGPUL P-Mag. Doesn't get any better than that,,,

SADLY the ASAP Plate will not work on the KJW M4! There is a raised angled edge on the receiver plate that centers the outer 'sleeve' of the buffer tube assembly. This is a different configuration from Every Other Platform currently on the market. The single point sling attachments that slip over the buffer tube and tighten / Clamp down around the buffer tube at the rear of the lower receiver work well. and the Daniel Defense http://www.cobratactical.com/Daniel-Defens...unt_p_1062.html seems to work well with the KJW. Then 'tango down' is a great choice as well,,,
