    M14 Picture Thread

Followup: I bought these low rings: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/30mm-Low-QD-Rifle-Sc...=item3caa084666 The scope fits perfectly above my back sight. Clears by about 2mm.

    M14 Picture Thread

Quick Q: On my SOCOM i have a low mount: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/gandp-tactical-...se-for-m14.html I bought a M3 scope in my local shop but nobody has the rings for it in stock. Should i order low mounts or the medium/high ones. I'd like the scope to be as low as possible but don't know weather the low rings give enough clearence for the rear sight and front rail. Thanks! Zune
  3. This Asian sizing disclaimer confuses me. It's says L is good up to 6,10 (well it say 5,10 but that's a typo). If this is true than it's a normal L and not "smaller Asian size". The second thing is on that picture with A,B and C in centimeters. I measured my random softshell jacket size L and the EB one should be even bigger. So i'm asking for two things: 1. If somebody would be kind enough to measure their EB copy and confirm the measures on EB. 2. I'm 184 cm (6.03 fooot) and 90 kg (200 punds) and would like to know weather L would fit as i want an OD one and they don't have it in XL.

  5. Does anyone know if these fit to Kalash or VFC? http://www.rsov.com/product_info.php?cPath...8eaf53faf19e6a5 Cheers! Zune
  6. OK thanks for the quick answer. I'm planning on downgrading it to like 290 FPS and i don't think anything will brake but if it does i want to be abble to replace the broken part. Cheers! Zune P.S. Back to my AK days! Yeeey
  7. Hi! I'm sory if this has been answerd before but i read that the internals of Kalash are not TM compatible. Is this true or can it take all the normal upgrade parts and FTKs? I wanted to order one of these babies today but if what i read is true i don't know... Cheers! Zune

If i understand correctly replacing the cut-off lever solves the sticky trigger problem and there is no need for Systema switch assembly? Cheers! Zune

I will definitely send them an email but i think we should all do it. Cheers! Zune

    VFC HK416

So we are all having problems with our trigger units. I think we should all send emails to VFC and they will probably release a free replacement part as they did with AKSU. BTW i used my gun about 5 times (8000 BB's) and it has worked great. I've noticed that it doesn't work very well on 8,4V battery. The gun runs out off juice very fast. You have to use a 9,4V. On my last skirmish my trigger got stuck but the battery was empty so it stopped shooting after a few shots. However it was very warm. I put in a fresh battery and it wouldn't work. I thought i blew the fuse but i didn't. I don't think

Well if you really like one or the other than save the money but if you don't know which one to get then buy the DX. Very simple. One thing though if you buy the longer version you can always take the outer barrel of and screw the flash-hider back on without it and you get the shorter version but with a flip-up sight. You do have to buy shorter inner barrel if you want to do this. Cheers! Zune

    VFC HK416

Well i tested it today (3,5 hour game in wet conditions, approx. 1500-2000 BBs). The gun works OK. At one time my trigger siezed(sp??) and i had to disconnect the battery to stop it. When i tried to plug it back in it was still shooting so i tapped the trigger and it stopped. Hm...Other than that it works great. It's accurate and shoots over forum limits (i chronoed it and it's something like M110). It shoots very constant with variation of +/-2 FPS. Also my battery died quite fast but i think my POS charger and the strong spring might have something to do with it. All in all i'm very satisfie

Thanks for the reply. I just came back from San Marino (1000 km trip ) and i've bought the beauty. I tested it in the shop and the ROF is really crazy with 9,6V. Now i just have to figure out how to press the bolt release. I'll downgrade it to 290-300 FPS and see what that it does to ROF. Cheers! Zune

Any updates on this AEG? Does it perform well? Any problems? How many different magazines have you used? I'm so buying this AEG this saturday and i'd like to know more about it. There is so little info on it. Thanks! Zune
  15. I'm all set for a three day game with our friends in Slovakia. Crapy pic: Cheers! Zune
  16. Looks like it's your computer mate. They work fine for me. Nice stuff.
  17. I think it looks good mate.
  18. This came in the mail today: Guarder 1195 vest. Costed around 100 GBP at Safarasoftair.com. And i bought this MP5K off my team mate with 3 extra low-caps, 2 batteries, harness/holster, rail and upgraded everything but the spring which is stock (our CQB rules). All this for 75 GBP. Zune
  19. Well it's a RS but already been used. So we just put some of those fireworks rockets in it and shoot at a nearby house. Thanks for the comment.
  20. Here is me at a mil-sim training with RPG M80 Zolja: Sorry about the crapy pic.

  22. Here is a pic of me and my team mate Michelle. I borrowed the FAMAS for this picture as i use the AK47. EDIT: Problems with attachment.
  23. Nice! Any links? If it's the Swedish guy then i've already seen it. Do you know which outer barrel did he use and also where did he get the small mag? I was thinking of putting a Beta hi-cap in it, but i hate hi-caps because they rattle to much. TIA! Pozdrav! Zune
  24. Here is my AK47. It's completely stock for now but i hope to turn it into something that looks like Zastava M76 some day. I just got that mount and i love it. Also there is a pic with a Yugoslavian bayonet for Zastava M70. It's not attached to the rifle because there is no mounting point. I swapped this replica for TM M4A1 and i must say i'm very glad i did it. Cheers!
