  1. That is pretty awesome. Is the burnt look from the black anodization changing colors?
  2. Then put suppressors on it .
  3. Yep, you've posted that before. I remember because those were the pictures that motivated me to stipple my g19. Amazing work. I think I may end up going back and doing more re-contouring on my g19 frame though as I didn't shape it much before. Then finish off with re-stippling again. It's a time consuming process with my single tip soldering iron but it is worth it. I agree about the random pattern being best. It looks more professional because in general trying to get a pattern perfect is impossibly by hand and will just look tacky. I'd definitely recommend going random. I also went w
  4. Doesn't happen to me but I have one of the older frames.
  5. I'd check the rocket valve and components inside the nozzle. Those are the workings that deal with gas flow to the BB then diverting it to the piston. Sounds like there is some issue there.
  6. I have it but have not installed it yet. I think mine is having fitment issues due to the frame. I'll have to take a second look once I'm out of school. Just realized you removed the finger grooves too. Very clean.
  7. It seems you also have the issue with the serial plate. My serial plate does not fit properly in the guarder frame, going to need to take a dremel to parts of it.
  8. Interestingly though my guarder kitted g19 fits perfectly fine in a g19 safariland holster.
  9. Yep, my tm g17 with PGC slide will not fit into a normal g19/17 holster (safariland).
  10. RM, truly a custom build. Looks like you have really made that pistol work for you. Looks amazing! How do you like the grip without the grooves? oRb, very nice! Liking the RTF look. How are you liking the surefire ultra?
  11. Thanks for that. Been looking for the past few months.
  12. I went straight for the random pattern as trying to keep a line of dots probably would not work well for me. I just taped off the sides so I could have nice clean straight edges then went crazy with random dotting.
  13. Some updated pictures of my TM G19 (didn't get a chance to clean it before I took the crapy pics). Also it is missing the serial number plate. Otherwise this build is about done. Was a little nervous as it was my first time stippling but I like how it turned out (took a really long time though to get the texture I wanted, a very fine one). I was planning on stippling the G17 at the same time but it is such a long process so I'll have to put that off for another day. Removed the finger grooves too. May go back to touch up a few spots. Might also removed a little bit of material under the tr
  14. Yea I assume they will make the frame at some point. They seem to be rolling out a lot of glock products. Yea, I am using an AIP BBU in my g19 right now. Stock BBU is about 52 grams IIRC, AIP is about 25 grams.
  15. That will be one hell of a collection though. Expecting some pics whenever they release it! I'm still trying to make my steel g19 more skirmishable with a lightweight BBU, probably need to enhance some seals and increase the flow on the valves (trying to reduce cooldown as much as possible). Was planning on getting a steel slide for the g17 too but the slide on that would be even heavier so probably won't. I'm thinking since the g26 is so small, a steel slide and lightweight BBU could be skirmishable with G17 magazines.
  16. Don't know if anyone has checked the guarder "coming soon" products but....looks like the g26 steel slide is making a comeback!
  17. Evike has some pictures of it with silencer and light attached.
  18. Yea, I got the AIP steel hammer set because I wanted the GM zero hammer and didn't want aluminum on steel.
  19. Nice. Once I get back from school I am also going to cut the grooves off mine. Probably stipple too. If you are using the ARMY housing, make sure to not use ARMY internals as they have bad tolerances and really weak metal.
  20. Really like how the comp m4 looks on it. I'd probably run the same although the t1 seems a lot more popular.
  21. Thanks. I'm still amazed at how well you got the tm g17 steel slide to cycle considering how heavy it is. I just bought your creations slide kit too. Going to help a friend build a g19.
  22. Looks like it performs nice. Any reason you only get 15 shots on that last mag? My mags generally hold quite a bit of shots. Also, do you have a link to your other Glock vids? I've seen them before but no longer have the links.
  23. Is there a reason you have a guarder slide and SD frame?
  24. I am actually using my G19 in the 6738 (or 6737) ALS holster for the G19. Fit is perfect and the suede lining is nice. Will test if it fits my G17 when I'm home for the winter. Might pick up another for a pistol with light and pick up the 6005 leg shroud too to make a drop leg rig.
