I have a 500mm precision barrel and it is around 160~170 m/s

just get the kj now and I am sure t hum will have the forged receiver ready when your stock one breaks.

To t_hum I am in for the forged reciever if you do make them. and here are some product suggestions. 1. ambi mag release 2. ambi fire selector 3. tactical charge handle latch 4. reinforced part #15 shell 5. one piece buffer tube 6. something similar to magpul BAD lever 7. trigger hammer? like this

Those are two individual guns. Mine is the one with crack line. The one with broken tap is from a owner in taiwan. The owner stated he did not drop the gun and dissasembled it no more than 5 times and around 4k bbs been fired.

Mine cracked at the exact the same location as in that pic.KJ replaced mine with another one and you can see the same place having imperfection on the surface already. I heard two other individuals had the same place broke too. The upper is 2400 taiwan dollar and is roughly 75 USD

MrTreble - Mine was serial numbered. It looks and feels like it was sanded down. The performance is about the same and no problems yet.

I had my kj m4 serviced by kjw for a small crack on upper receiver. and fractured part #15. KJW replaced both the damaged parts and also installed a new style piston. The piston fells lighter though it is not as prettycompared to the orignal black version.
