I like them. I usually run my tabs off for loaded magazines and put the tabs over empty ones. But these snag on less while staying in position without tilting to whichever direction they fell like. A worthwhile upgrade, especially for the price. Due to CW thread caps currently being forged from unobtainium I went with sawing down a CW to CCW adapter: Need some base plate extensions and I'll be happy.

Don't have it but there's no way it would fire without the gas. The reason tri-shots were never adopted to the 870 platform is the width of the tri-shot system would never fit into the slim 870 receiver.

I found a Detonator CW thread protector on EHobby but its not in stock.

What threading is the one on the CYMA? Pretty sure my barrel is obnoxiously threaded CW.

Is there anywhere to buy thread protectors separately?

The ones on Ehobby listed as WE CO2 mags arent WE? I want some CO2 mags for my KJW but wasn't sure which would fit. Because WE mags dont work in it but Echo-1 mags do. I guess its the differences in tolerances between TM clones.

Thanks. My friend bought them from E-Hobby over a year ago. Yep its the Grip Force Adapter. Real ones might work but dont stay in place. I used a real +2 extension and it was pretty loose.

Having owned this and the APC Id say go for the Aspis. Spend the savings on nice shoulder pads and a 3 mag shingle if that is your thing.
