I have no idea, i don't own a serpa. Mine came with a belt mount. You can also attach it to their molle adaptor system. So chances are that you can mount it on a serpa, but don't take my word for it. It attaches with 3 screws.

Yeah, it's no secret i've based it off Magpul. I like the look of the front sight. I don't use the flip up sight as it's just airsoft..
