If there's anyone that has dealt with them, please let me know. I'm considering a purchase but I'd like to hear opinions about them first. Thanks!

The airsoft world needs more Russian stuff.

So, how are these holding up and what parts/upgrades should I stock if I decided to buy one nowadays?
-
Holy Molly, you broke its neck!
-
We didn't talk about it, but we managed to wear the same stuff for once...

I can and will fap to this.

It seems Google Photo doesn't agree with these fora, so I'll try something else.

If the compression of the piston/cylinder assembly is not leaking, then you have cylinder head to nozzle and nozzle to hop rubber left. The hop unit rarely causes problems with compression. When checking for leaks in the cylinder, always check with the nozzle at the most extended position (where it would be when firing). If that's fine, maybe the nozzle is not sealing properly with the hop rubber lips.

The spring itself won't be a problem. If you know how to maintain and adjust the gun, open it and be sure everything is shimmed properly and that you have bushings or ceramic bearings at least in the sector gear and the load side of the spur gear. Bevel will be fine with regular bearings. You will also need a quite strong torque motor and I would suggest a piston with a full metal rack and adjusted for the AoE (angle of attack).

Well, for one, 420 should be fine for .28 and .30 too. If you have proper compression and no air leaks, an M140 should get you there, but you will need to get a nice torque motor first. A real nice one. Many other things could go wrong, like exploding bearings and so on, but none of that is specific to the CM.072.

I'm not sure I want to know more...

That SMG is surely tasty looking!

Montana 94's MarrĂ³n Safari could be close. https://www.montanacolors.com/productos/mtn-94/ If you click on the information on the colour, you'll get the CMYK, Hex and Pantone codes for it, so you can compare.

No edit makes me sad. Let's try again.

It's hot enough so we took the cans out.

Did anyone try the Compact? (XDM style)

Someone should come up with a simplified CNC system for the whole cylinder deal. Zamak parts are terrible for anything airsoft.

I tried many things, including installing the parts Batmause designed. The last time I cared it was leaking from the rear of the cylinder. Apparently the new disc and oring solved the front leak. It's a really terrible system for any longevity, and having the plunge valve flying around with no control inside the cylinder doesn't really help.

Anyone still around from the old days?
Wingmann replied to Delta_Knight's topic in General Discussion
I probably check these fora every two days or so. And I still publish the news I find, here. -
What brand of crane do you use to lift that thing?

Maybe if you choose one option in any subforum AND click back at the top on "forums" it remembers it? I usually just go back in the browser, and it wasn't remembering the selection... If someone could also check this it would be nice.
