  1. Had this myself and fixed it. Just take the gear box out and tighten up the allen key screw there on your fire selector switch. The one you need to push in has just worked itself a little loose. One thing I will say it make sure to check you have the fire selector plate setup correctly before you put it back together if you haven't took it apart before!
  2. Probably just the fire selector plate alignment. Split the receiver, remove the gearbox align the plates and fire selector switch correctly then re-seat the gearbox again. You might find it a bit fiddly at first but a bit of trial and error and you will be sorted.
  3. Even though I have already stated this about 3-4 times in this thread.... It is almost certainly caused by your BB's. You need to buy some better quality ones, I have been using Blaster BB's and since I switched from Zero One's own brand I haven't had a problem. As for the battery space its not just a case of the internal dimensions of the hand guard, the barrel quick detach handle takes up quite a lot of room and also if you attach and rails to it then again your using room. Having said that it does fit a 15cmx2.5cmx3cm lipo in there with all that gear on with a little room to spare.
  4. The entire ACR lineup at Shot Show 2011 including a discussion on the SPR
  5. I would try better quality bb's if I was you before I blamed the magazine! The ACR is a little picky in that way!
  6. Failing that go to a model/remote control car shop. Likes of Tamiya cars etc use them to hold the bodies on as well as other parts!
  7. Try different and better quality bb's. I had this issue and it was driving me crazy. In the end it turned out to be the last thing I though of which was the bb's. I was using zero 1 bb's and was having feeding issues but as soon as I tried some blaster 0.2's and 0.25's it worked like a dream.
  8. I get a way better seal with my prometheus hop than a guardier 1, just can't use it currently as its not got a built in nub like the guardier and the standard. When I get time and the bottle to remove the upper hop assembley (scared of damaging bodywork!) I will swap out the hop up arm and glue a normal nub in there!
  9. Update on my crane stock. The upper pin hole will not allign properly at all with the top pin. Means it goes in at a slight angle and when it comes at the otherside its too far over to go through the hole on the other side of the upper reciever :/
  10. Mine doesn't include any of the C22 washers either, it screws on fine just passed the centre point with no movement in the barrel. I've been playing around with some different hop buckings today with quite a big difference. With .2's this was what I'm getting: Standard ACR bucking = 326/7 fps almost every shot Guarder 50% bucking = 321-331 fps getting the best hop on bb's with this. Straight as an arrow Promethius Soft Purple bucking = 351 fps but unfortunately it doesnt have built in nub parts like the guarder/standard which means im not getting enough bite. So if I wan't to use
  11. Update on my problem of not feeding correctly when fired on full auto! It seems as though the problem is with the Zero one .25 bbs I was using in it. I switched to some higher quality .2s and it works flawlessly on both Full and Semi, shame as I haven't had any problems with the rounds in my M4 or my M14 and I have about 30,000 left to go through! Looks like I will have to get some new ammo especially for the ACR! Will try get hold of some other .25s to make sure its not the weight causing problems and is the quality! Here's some ###### quality photo's to!
  12. Yeah looks like they swapped it out for the US legal orange flash hider. You have everything else that comes with the gun besides a normal hider. The international one doesn't come with an orange hider at all only the black. Also mine turned up without the DVD, Fake Bullet and the Manual I've been in touch with Redwolf and they in turn have contacted their suppliers to try get me replacements!
  13. It has been, but basically it's 375mm long and the barrel diameter is 6.04mm. To change it all you need to do is... a) remove the front hand guard b ) twist and remove the outter and inner barrel c) push up the silver part of the gas tube so it comes out then remove it from the top part d) remove the alan key screw located behind where the pipe was. it's best to push down a little on where the hopup bucking is here to make it easier to remove and watch out when the screw comes out as it has a spring inside on the barrel and it may "ping" out e) remove the inner barrel and hop part f
  14. Well, 3 weeks and a day after it got into the country I finally got my ACR today after Parcel Force lost it for 3 days! My number is MPTS00134(I was well chuffed it was such a low number!), I've added my external parts already but not added anything internally so I could see how it goes stock. So far I have experienced 1 problem only and thats a feeding issue, the cause of which I haven't nailed down yet. Basically it will fire fine then, missfire. The most I've managed to put through it is half a mag before it stops firing all together but if I swing the gun in a downward motion it wi
  15. Very Similar to mine, Here now waiting to be fitted when my ACR arrives: Guarder 50% bucking Marui EG1000 Motor PTS 1 -point Sling Mount Systema M110/120 spring (see how hard it fires with each, probably go with 110) Magpul Ergos Rails (3 set) After pay day on the 25th: Prometeus 6.03 barrel, Systema Spur Gear Set Madbul Noveske Kx3 Amplifier - Black (I have 1 on my M4 but because of the thread having to purchase another :/)
