What's that picture from? Like, an ad or a poster for the game?

No idea, I'll ask. It might be a simple replacement bit, but they might not want people to screw up themselves. As far as I know, the only thing so far is the replacement plug and spring.
-
You mean the little bit about 1-250? It's just saying that those had some issues, and it is recommended you send the gun including the mag back to the company and they will replace some parts for free to fix the problem of not locking back some times. The other part says the first 300 will have running serials

Yeah, I was just a bit confused. I'm probably going to pick up another KJW soon, so I can do more things with it Where did you guys get yours btw?
-
and... why can't we just use aeg barrels? since they work, and there are a lot of high quality aeg outer barrels...
-
So... why are we talking about RS barrels now?
-
So that's why I got an extra different buffer tube assembly/spring, the first 250 used a different spring and plug, which was why it won't lock back. I've swapped it as soon as I got the gun and it has never had any problems.

3-4 is indeed the average mag per fill for me. On a good day, maybe even 5. But I've yet to hit 7 mags a fill.
-
well, with duster/134a this weekend it chrono'd at an averaged around 370 in the cool morning breeze.

Well, since the charging handle uses the bolt to return, if the bolt catch is turned on (on the magazine) and you insert the empty mag, the bolt will stay locked open and thus keeping the charging handle back as well. Not a big problem since you most likely won't be trying to chamber from an empty mag. Just something I noticed. And I guess I wasn't too clear either, I'm not saying KJW is the best, it just shows more promise. There are things about it that annoys me slightly, like how it's difficult to swap out the stock because of the new buffer tube design, and I can't put on a rear slin

Well, half the posts in the WE section are about the guns having problems or how to fix it. So that's not exactly a good argument. And yes, I do acknowledge the fact that there's A LOT less KJW owners than WE owners. But I seem to remember seeing a WE failure one day after it is released, after a few mags. I think it was Jin that got one of the first WE, and had the bolt catch failed. And yes, I know they've fixed the problem and released stronger part, but it still broke. And no, I'm not trying to pick a fight here, just saying that the KJW so far has shown more promise than the re

The pistol grip needs RS grips. If those are the grips you're asking
-
I'm waiting for my DPMS handguard to come in, I'll be able to test out those when it gets here.
-
Yep, there you have it I've also stuck my gassed up mag in the fridge, waited 5 minutes, and it still shot one full magazine of full auto easily. And for those of you that don't like Thermolds; if you get it, you can look this awesome. Much better than those silly STANAG mags
-
I like them a lot, the grip is somewhat long, and takes a little getting used to, but otherwise, it's very nice. It does, however, feel a bit "toylike" though. Probably just the weight and the lack of metal overall. Not a big problem if you consider the real steel weight and material, but it does feel different from a Hi capa or P226.
-
Jin, working on it, when I'm not so lazy. But on another note, there is no reason NOT to get a KJW M4 anymore, unless you're a complete purist and must want the closest GBB M4 to real steel. Then you go ahead and spend your money and more on replacement parts. New discovery, the KJW takes TM barrel!!! It's a bit tight, but it fits, and works. That's a TM P226 barrel next to the KJW stock barrel. So basically, you can use any high quality VSR10 barrel you want. Score one more for KJW And more pictures

Hmmmm, interesting, since I got an extra spring and plug for my gun and it made the recoil much harder. The thing about the KJW is that instead of WA, G&P, etc, it's a GBB first and replica second. Instead of trying to replicate a real AR and shove a GBB system into it, the KJW is more of a GBB that's made into the shape of an AR. Which imo, works much better.

Thanks Amadem for backing me up Nice to see another KJW user, we must make those non-believers see the truth. I've got a question though, did you get a spare buffer tube spring and plug in your package?
-
Sorry, I should have put them separately, I meant KJW is making the replacement parts, and other manufacturers are making new buckings and barrels. And no worries, I'm just trying to put the facts out. So people who haven't bought a GBB M4 yet has some information before venturing out blindly. The rest is for people to actually buy them now and see how others react, maybe mine's a lucky fluke, maybe not. One thing I do want to say is, the hopup design is pretty ingenius. The pushing part of the hopup is located in the upper. While the bucking itself just sits in the outer barrel.

It seems like no matter what you do in life, there will be those who oppose or blinded by denial. But fear not, for I bring you pictures. For those that doubt the quality of these awesome rifles. It's a neodymium magnet, and this will show you the internals aren't pot metal First, bolt catch Something tells me that other rifles suffers something about this? Not really useful, but still W/e this piece is One of the sears I believe The firing pin and then random pictures From my sources, KJW and other Taiwanese manufactur

The rubber band does nothing, the charging handle works without the rubber band. The only thing that won't work is if you have an empty mag with the bolt stop lever turned on. Then things gets funny. But otherwise, it works all the time. And, by popular demand Empty Filled So, 0.5oz of propane More than enough to shoot 2 full mags+ on full auto. And, more pictures Oh yeah, new mags, also straight from factory

Alright, by popular demand. The metal bits are on the body, buffer tube, trigger, barrel, front sight, magazine, delta ring, flashhider, etc. All the metal bits you'll expect on a "full metal" Well, the barrel is two piece, but it breaks at the front sight, and right now, the inner is only M733 length so it doens't affect anything. Not to mention the front sight also helps hold the two piece together. I think it's sturdy enough, considering I still can't figure out how to take it apart. As for the receiver, it is aluminum, and according to the magnet, the barrel, D-ring, front sight

Well, enough about pictures, how does it shoot? Here's what I reported a while back in the KJW thread. MPS test at 24C (In meters per second) 10 shots, semi auto, 3 seconds between each shot 151.3 146.4 144.8 144.3 143.9 142.4 144.2 143.1 143.4 142.9 Cool down test at ~24C (After the 10 semi auto shots) MPS after ~10 more shots in full auto 140.2 139.5 141.3 148.9 139.4 As you can see from the tests, the power is pretty consistent. Most likely thanks to TK's design. That's in METERS per second, which translate to about 475 fps of v
