  1. Unfortunately it was bought second hand so I don't know how many rounds been through it. Also don't know trigger group at all. Removed upper and looking at it but no clue how to fix :[ Any youtube videos of people working on the trigger group? I just KNOW that if I detail strip it I'll screw up the reassembly.
  2. Hey guys I'm having trigger reset issues. Unlike most people, I don't slap the trigger when I shoot it, I keep it depressed all the way through cycling (I like to stay consistent with proper handgun trigger control). So with the trigger depressed, after the bolt cycles, when I let off my finger for the trigger to reset, it just stays. I actually have to nudge it forward from behind for it to reset, and then it's ready to shoot again. V1 gun. Any advice?
  3. I'm busy tomorrow but I usually help out and play at ARC (where I'm pretty sure Mike Force is having their game) so let me know next time you head out there. It's a very cool field. Do you know if you'll be playing with or against Mike Force? If you need someone to team up with, you can find my team there, S.T.A.R.T. and tell them you ran into "Kenny" on the arniesairsoft forums. McJags is the team captain (you probably can't miss him, otherwise just ask Dave, the guy who runs the field) and you can PM me for more info. I ran my KJW M4 there last time I played and it was awesome. Can't wai
  4. No biggie, just curious. It would certainly be helpful but hey it's cool just to have this forum in the first place. Thanks for the replies man.
  5. Is the buffer tube commercial or mil-spec?
  6. Anybody think an Angry Gun 300% buffer would work in a KJW?
  7. Hi, I searched all over and can't find out: Is there a way to view the forum in text-only format? Is there a way to set the number of posts displayed per page? If not, I suggest these features be implemented. The first one should be simple for any forum to accomplish. This is really useful for threads with over 200 pages, that people would like to save for reference. But of course these are just suggestions. Thanks!
  8. And the Prometheus EG is a "lightweight" barrel? It's stainless steel.. Not challenging you, I just don't know where to even find the weights of these barrels.
  9. I will definitely try both. I must ask though, in response to bbstriker, who thinks a madbull is superior to prometheus when it comes to tightbores?
  10. Well I can definitely confirm that I got more range and accuracy out of the Systema/Prometheus than the Guarder (blue)/Madbull shooting .28's. However I discovered that I'm also an idiot: the Systema bucking was too long, so the hop part (not sure what to call it) wasn't fully seated in the barrel. That would explain why setting hop to max did nothing, but doesn't explain why max did nothing on the Guarder blue, which WAS cut shorter to fit. I think what I'll try next is the PDI w-hold bucking, that one seems to be very popular with Masada owners since it supposedly compensates for the
  11. Hey guys, just picked up a used ACR with high speed gears and am loving it. Previous owner had a Guarder bucking/Madbull ultimate 6.01 363mm and I believe an old sp110. I dropped in a Systema bucking/Prommy 6.03 (only 300mm no less) and it shot significantly better. I was drilling WE-tech .28g's into suckers all weekend, LOTS of fun, I love this gun! Of course I want to get the most out of it but with a higher priority on consistency and reliability...I don't need 400fps and 30rps. I do have the same questions about hopup that sn00py answered with "Guarder clear/soft 50 bucking" but I'd li
