  1. You could try bending the arm back into shape. For me, the bucking would not get a hold of the BB which would simply roll out the end of the barrel.
  2. Thought I'd share my latest build. Click for higher resolution. 3. That is indeed quite interesting. Could be because the G19 parts are meant for the KJW G23, that would explain the difference. Either way, that makes the G19 very attractive indeed.
  4. Depends on the type/construction of the holster then I suppose, because the PGC slide is slightly slimmer than the stock/Guarder. I've only tried a Serpa (which worked fine without having to heat gun mod it) and another one for G17 + Insight M6X that also worked fine. Either way, I've found that most of Guarder's slide kits require a bit more work to get it running nice and smooth. They're still nice, I just prefer the PGC. How do the Prime kits perform compared to the ones mentioned so far?
  5. I prefer the PGC slide/barrel kit. It's very easy to fit and the finish is superb. Another thing that the PGC kit has going for it is the fact that you can use RS holsters straight away. If you opt for the Guarder slide, you will have to use a holster made for the G20/21. Moving on to the frame, I really have to suggest you take a look at the new HK/HK3P frames. I got one in the mail yesterday and I'm really impressed so far. The finish is good, markings are correct and nicely done. But the most important thing is how it feels in your hand. The texture of the material is better than any o
  6. It was mentioned in the video that some instructions from the Surgeon said that you should modify the BBU slightly. If that's incorrect, then I apologize. Either way, the price tag is a bit steep regardless of quality.
  7. I know that PGC kits more or less work straight out of the box. I've been using their kits on Glocks, 1911s and Sigs before. My point is that if the instructions are to modify the BBU, then you can't be upset if things don't fit perfectly without doing so. As far as the price goes, I completely agree with you in that it is absurdly high. Since I don't fancy it aesthetically it's automatically a no-buy for me. I've always preferred PGC/Pro-Win kits when possible for all my pistol projects.
  8. I really didn't like his review/unboxing there. If the instructions from the manufacturer is that you should sand the BBU, why would you complain about it? Besides, it's a known fact among people who like to modify their guns that the more aftermarket parts you install, the more snags you'll have to deal with. It didn't really look like he lubed up the slide rails or outer barrel at all, so he really shouldn't be surprised that it started scratching up.
  9. That. Is. Beautiful. Also, can't wait for that Guarder frame to be released. I need a new project.
  10. If anyone has the answer to this, I would be very grateful.
