  1. @bold part. I'm sorry, what now !? I was just trying to reason with you and trying to make you understand why I made seperate topics, and apparantly some people who actually use the forum as end users seem to agree with me. I was allready on the fence about completing this, but now I just feel like it's not really worth it. Which unfortunatly proves my initial worries about it not being worth it from the get go. Can you honestly say, when looking at why I posted the way I did, that it doesn't make sense and would make things easier and clearer for people to view these posts as seperate top
  2. Thanks for backing up my "concept" momo and pkm200901. I actually PMed Misfit and asked him to reconsider, and asked him to read my initial statement of the review as to why there would be four parts. After I sent the PM he left the reply above, so I guess he made up his mind. I still think it's wrong and I'm a bit put off of continuing this project...
  3. Let's just clearify something here. The conversion kits do NOT come with an NPAS included, it is avaliable as a seperate upgrade from RA-Tech.
  4. Hrmmm... not sure I understand why you just merged these two threads as they are clearly aimed for two seperate topics of discussion and as such comments and feedback will be mixed and mashed into one giant thread that will be hard to get thru and incomprehensive. Maybe it was because I namned the threads so similarly... Can you please give me a good reason for why it was merged ? Please read the intro to the review (part I) to see my reasoning.
  5. I think you mean NPAS. Negative Pressure Adjustment System. It's probably made by RA-Tech. It replaces the "floating" valve inside the blowback nozzle and features an adjustable valve opening. You screw it shut or open to adjust the weapons FPS accordingly. There should be a tool with it. Check the video link I posted in my reply above for some referense.
  6. Allright guys, that's enough for today. I am dreaming about Glock parts at the moment. I will try to finish this part during the week. Lots more parts comparisons to come! Thought this notice on the Guarder Enhanced Kit was quiet intresting; It's only to Improve the Quality of Outlook, Can't be Power-up. Please use standard pressure Gas (HF134a or 12kg/cm2)
  7. Piston Head Here I have three models to choose from, the included Marui stock piston head, the Airsoft Surgeon piston head (included with the loading muzzle) and finally the PDI piston head. Left to right: Tokyo Marui stock piston head, Airsoft Surgeon piston head and PDI piston head. Tokyo Marui stock piston head Again, not much to say, it's a stock Marui part and it works well. As you can see it's design differens a bit from the other two, being thinner and having the slighly tapered O-ring. Airsoft Surgeon piston head Included with the loading muzzle, that was, if you re
  8. Hey, I have started with the parts comparison now, just posted the muzzle part if you are intereseted: http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=197498
  9. I was going to do the the next logical piece here, the barrel, but I just realized I don't have any comparison pictures of these parts so I will have to get back to that part in a later post. So this post will be about... Loading Muzzle So I have a confession to make... I am a bit of an airsoft upgrade parts shop-a-holic, in case you hadn't noticed. Sometimes I just buy things, just because. This is one of those times. I purchaed three seperate upgrade loading muzzles. Left to right; Marui stock muzzle, Guarder enhanced polycarbonate muzzle, Airsoft Surgeon clear polycarbonate mu
  10. Slide OK let's move on the the main attraction for the top half of this pistol, the slide. Top one in these pictures is Marui stock slide, bottom is Guarder aluminum slide (included in the Guarder full upgrade kit). Left side, right side, top side, bottom side.* *Top picture contrast altered to display trademarks, color may differentiate from other pictures. Tokyo Marui stock slide (plastic) Not much to say here reall, the Marui stock slide is standard black ABS plastic and has a decent enough finish. However as mentioned in the full review it has some pretty horrible seam lines
  11. Thanks for the comments guys, really appreciate it. Part 2 is underway now, here : http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=197498 Part 3 will take a while more as I am fiddling with fitting the metal slide. Part 4 will be started when Part 2 is done. I also have to make a slight correction from the original review above. The dissassembly lever IS metal. The finish was just so damn "good" it looked like plastic until i took it out.
  12. For the main review of the pistol and background information neccessary to follow the below comparison and arguments, please see the full review here : http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=197367 ( Tokyo Marui Glock 17 3rd Generation Gas Blowback Pistol Part 1: Stock version ) There will however be some redundant information in these sections so bare with me. Sights Allright, starting from top to bottom, let's begin with the pistols sights. Left to right: Marui standard Glock sights (plastic), Marui night sights (plastic) and Guarder night sights (steel)
  13. RE: The barrel diameter, I am not 100% sure but like most stock guns I would assume it has a 6.08mm inner diameter. Regarding the NPAS I think if you take the valve out, or even the bolt, and watch what happens as you turn you can figure it out. The best I could find from a quick YouTube search is this : Skip to 5:00 and watch. It is for the open bolt though but I assume the NPAS would adjust the same either way. Regarding the CO2, I would advice against running CO2 in an open bolt PDW as it has a tendency to break the rear of the lower receiver if you do. The bolt slams against th
  14. Yes you do. I will try to post up the first parts of PART II, the parts comparison review. I was quiet dissappointed with all of them unfortunatly :|
  15. Here are some pictures of my Tokyo Marui Glock 17 (stock), BTW Jackstar802, above, nice photos!: You can see more pictures in my review I just posed, here : http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=197367 *shameless self-promotion* WIll post back once I have upgraded it with all the parts I have purchased.
  16. Thank you very much for that. I was actually seriously considering not completing it when I was about 1/3rd way in because of how massive it became. I was also worried (still am) that people might not like it and tell me how sucky I am (guess that's my own insecurities). By the way, I just now, this minute added the last editing touches (still have some work on post #1 if i am allowed to edit that in the near future), nothing major but just in case you missed something. EDIT: Thanks mods for fixing the title and removing my comments!
  17. Please forgive me for the slight variation in color temperature/white balance and contrast in the pictures. I made the decision to shoot in natural diffuse sunlight and fighting shifting light and keeping up with whitebalance and calibration proved to be too much for me, but I think I got some decent photos anyways. 2:3: Features Sights The pistol comes with the standard Glock, what I like to call, U-dot design sights, as opposed to the regular three-dot design or two-dot design. These are in my opinion and experience very comfortable and frame the target nicely, giving you a cl

  19. Not sure why you need that loading kit. Standard king arms or Marui speed loader works with the little lip attachment. Just gotta find the right angle on the feeding lip and it gobbles the BBs like it was candy
  20. I have a problem with my KSC MP9. I shot maybe 2-3 mags thru it, and then it acted like the power wax cut in half, both sound, recoil and performance dropped off. Stripped it, lubed it, same thing. Now when looking at the parts and operation of the gun, when the bolt blows back, it doesnt have enough power to cycle all the way back and drop the hammer fully. When it comes to the position where the hammer is in it's "peak" resistance pressure, the bolt has a very hard time going past, even when cocking manually I can feel it. I checked the standard issued with broken nozzle springs and c
  21. bankz just a thought, did you disassemble the nozzle and check your floating valve and spring inside of it ?
  22. Guys I have a question. Some time ago I purchased the "T.S.C. CNC Reinforced Nozzle Track Holder for WE G39 GBB Series", along with some other stuff, just for the hell of it. So today I was cleaning out my G39C and thought I'd install these parts. So I started looking at the gun, and then at the exploded diagram, and then at the parts, and I am like "uhm, where do these go?". I can't figure out which parts these replace. I thought it was parts 10 and 11 of the nozzle assembly, but it doesn't seem right. So, has anyone installed these or know where they are suposed to go/what parts they rep

Ugh, this thread is a train wreck, I can't look away. Answer to the question is 15 . O M G. In case no one else has I am going to report _sameul_ as his posts seem more like trolling than anything else.

Just posting out of the blue here I have been lurking this thread for a while and seen your posts etc. I don't own a KJW M4. But to be honest, your troubles are between you and the retailer you purchased the gun from. Just return it/replace it/buy a new one, whatever. You're obviously not getting anywhere with what you have tried so far... Just my thoughts.
