Most people that would be in the shotgunner role is a tail gunner and a front entry man (I can be wrong, do not take any of my word to be gospel, anyone that does SWAT training want to confirm this?). These roles require quick reactions, fast and generally accurate aiming to get as much into play as fast as possible. As for that 870, great stuff Raygis LasVegas. I love the extendable stock. To be honest I've moved from the 2011 look back to the 1911's. That's why I've been on a Para-Ordnance binge. I'm usually a WA Man but I've definately taken a shining to what TM has done with the Hi-Capa and the TM 226. I think the arguement here is just like certain cars. Ah didn't know they had 30 rds for them. This thread is making me wonder if anyone is thinking of doing a m14 to BM 59 conversion.

It's a M14 rigged up for the SAW (squad automatic weapon) role. Honestly it didn't perform too well in that role 7.62 NATO gave too much kick and recoil for a 4 Kg(9 pound) gun to handle. Plus I believe they still used the 20 round mag.

I dunno if this has been suggestted before but how about a forum filled with worklogs. For anyone that happens to be a case modder as well or is familiar with [H]ardOCP's site knows what I'm talking about. If not [H]ardOCP worklog forums Just thinking about having a primary way so people can document their projects beginning to end and receive comments about their work and possibly get new/better ideas. I do know we got technical and photo threads for this but...It would be nice to get topics devoted to one project and only that. Of course the regular rules should apply
