  1. A little too expensive for a replica, IMO. https://www.crw-airsoft.com/pre-order-for-end-of-july-holy-warrior-hwocag-1-6-razor-gbb-1000g-shockproof-13491-p.asp https://www.crw-airsoft.com/pre-order-for-end-of-july-holy-warrior-rmr-hwocag-1-6-razor-gbb-1000g-shockproof-13538-p.asp
  2. https://gunmallhk.com/index.php I just discovered this store: they have incredible prices, some items are priced closer to wholesale than to retail. The site, while not great, has its own product pictures, which is a good sign, since they took the time to do that, instead of cloning another website or using someone else's pictures. However, they only mention local shipping or pickup, which leads me to believe they could indeed be wholesale for local stores. I will send them an email. In the meantime, if anyone has any info on them, I'd like to hear it. Cheers!

    Vortex Razor HD II Replica

Apparently, already for sale on Holy Warrior's Aliexpress store: https://es.aliexpress.com/item/4001178652417.html?spm=a219c.12010611.8148356.3.64205a5eoqSZGd

Looks great! Don't worry too much about the stock, I didn't really notice it until you mentioned it. I would look even better with an old style grip.

You can already buy this as a full gun from Marui, G&P and even Golden Eagle/JG. Although with a regular side grip. The gun you posted is a real gun. The N23 is a fantasy gun and I was aiming for that specifically.

Thanks. https://www.recoilweb.com/the-pdw-that-never-was-car-15-model-n-23-131167.html The "real" one uses a 7.5" barrel. I seemed to short for me, so I went with an 8.5". Looks better, IMO. Since stock slides over the tube like a sleeve, no problem. Unless it's really loose to begin with, you should find no difference.

Still needs a little bit of work on the stock tube, putty, sand and paint on the handguards, and a shorter flash hider, but I am really happpy with the result. G&P XM-177 ACM 8.5" barrel ACM stock, stock tube, front sight assembly and gas tube G&P OEM handguards (in case I ruined the whole thing. Plus, I want to be able to turn it back into the original XM-177 whenever I want).

    Custom Gear

In anticipation of receiving my TMC Safariland 63DO replica, I decided to update this old copy of a Safariland USP+Flashlight holster with some Gunskin and a QLS. Can't quite get the colours right on my phone, but it is very nice in person. If you have real multicam, though, it will probably not match it. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32824505177.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.274263c0WVscOs https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32902003871.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.274263c0WVscOs

Has anyone tried this in AEG form? HK416 upper on M4 lower (the picture is a real gun, apparently Delta/CAG did this in the very beginning before adopting full HK's). I have tried different combos and so far E&C upper and lower has the best fit, but unvariably the upper is a couple milimeters longer, so that the front holes for the receiver pins dont line up. So much so, that a good filing doesn't remedy the situation. I'd have to dremel either the lower or the upper to a point in which the tangs would be very thin on one side and I fear they could break. Also, does anyone know of an airsoft replica of the LaRue Eotech riser? I am almost certain I saw one made by Element, but cand find it now. I have the shorter one.

Yeah, I absolutely agree. Why scold a guy for asking questions in an otherwise pretty dead thread? Hard to say if they are any good, as it is unclear what brand Double Bell actually is: at first I thought it was the old Bell, which made pretty bad GBBP's 10 years ago. But now a series of Dboys AEG's have popped up under the brand Double Bell (same initials, BTW: DB). https://www.taiwangun.com/en/double-bell http://www.bbgunzerker.com/search?q=double+bell So, sadly: no clue if they are any good. Also, can you purchase from Thai shops, do they ship outside of Thailand?

Problem solved: the Star stock tube actually has normal dimensions (AEG dimensions), it's just that the part where the round tube and the square thing along the bottom meet is rounded and not at a right angle, so Star profile stocks work on regular stock tube, but not viceversa. PPS stock tube for the XM26 work flawlessly and are cheap: https://airsoft.tiger111hk.com/p40603/PPS-XM26-Pump-Action-Shotgun-Stock-tube-(Parts-No-86)/product_info.html

Since holsters for the FNX-45 are hard and/or expensive to get, I decided to try a chinese made Safariland for Glock 17 and it worked pretty well. You only need to cock the pistol to clear space for the hood safety (and remove the lip on the hood safety); and engage the safety lever on the gun, so it goes in more smoothly. I also dremelled out a little of the interior for the safety levers on both sides. You only need to take out very little and is visible from the outside. All in all, 10 minutes of work. I would not try this with a real Safariland holster, since those are much, much tighter and I think it is unlikely that the FNX is able to slide in. This chinese copies usually have so much room inside them, that you will want to line the interior to keep your airsoft gun from rattling around so much. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000029490359.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dpPAWo9 EDIT: Dat seamline on the back of my VFC/Umarex pistol...

Question Time! I recently purchased a Star (now Ares) M4 MRE. Beatiful gun, but with a problem: the stock tube is thicker than regular AEG stocks. Since I want to make a old-school CAG M4 and I cant find an old-school 4-position M4 stock made by Star/Ares. Sooo... does anyone know a Star type stock tube (the ones that screw directly into the body like a RS AR15) that takes regular AEG stocks?

58th Shizuoka Hobby Show Tokyo Marui Products

Yeah, but back then it was the only M249 available on the market, apart from the one made by TOP, I believe. Nowadays, when you can choose between a beatiful G&P with a nice finish and markings, a reliable CA, or a cheap A&K, I dont expect Marui to get more than 10% of the market. Then again, the hard work is done by the aforementioned companies, Marui just has to get their hands on a G&P for details and meassurements, and invest a litle bit in their own, new features, and at 1.200 they should recover their money quickly.

Thanks, mate. I finally got the King Arms version of the sling attachment from ZeroOneAirsoft. 9 pounds, but 17 pounds of shipping to Spain... In regards to the CVL: any chance you could take meassurements of it? The basic shape is quite simple: a square with a cilinder on each side. Hopefullly a friend can design and 3D print t for me. And as to the small parts, such as the adjustment knobs, rail mount, battery cover, etc., I recon I can find them in my spare parts box, from old cheap PEQs. I could then use spare stickers from one of those PEQs or even print my own.

Hey, guys! Im working on a couple of "old school" M4s and have really set my mind to getting these two stupid accesories, that are out of stock everywhere. If anyone knows where to get either of them, Id really appreciate it, second hand is fine also. G&G CVL (wouldn't mind a dummy or 3D print) Big Dragon/Building Fire/G&P KAC sling swivel adapter for old style AR15 stocks.

Does anyone have a link to a guide on how to convert RS G3 magazines to AEG? I just got a couple waffle type mags and really want to use them on my A3, but I can't find a guide with pictures.

Being the cheapskate that I am, I decided to make some markings stickers for my HK416s, instead of buying higher ends or getting aftermarket receivers. The stickers are obviously noticeable when up close, but they're a good enough for me. I recently was able to install an A&K Masada Stock (15$) on my Dboys SCAR H, thanks to a custom 3D printed stock hinge and a little dremelling. So I was able to save around 70$ and it looks great. Will post pictures later. Anyway, now I cant have the battery in the stock anymore. Has anyone wired a SCAR to the front? Don't mind using a PEQ.
