to be honest theres no use replacing it because its a manufacture defect and in the end its gonna lock up every time you bump it or accidentaly tighten it too far. i sent mine in and when i got another back the problem reoccured in my first game with it :/

heres my internal setup so far: G&P short type m120 motor madbull m120 spring systema silent head kit (aug) modify full tooth marui piston deans wiring pdi w hold bucking i plan to install the full wii tech kit as well as a KM tightbore the gears seem to be holding up fine so i wont replace them anytime soon

the one ive found that works great is a modify full tooth marui piston (its purple) works like a charm and theres no modding required for it to fit in the gun

yes mine has been stuck like that too, the lever still works but no matter what i do i cant get them apart. ive tried siicone oil heating up the metal wrenches etc. i sent it back to ehobby asia and they somehow got it apart and sent it back with a new flashider but after about a week it locked up again

Ive lost a pin due to the pin clip popping off while in the gun how did u get replacements
