Dropped in new cylinder/head, spring, nozzle, bucking, nub, reshimmed, new barrel, new bearings, but missing around 200fps what could it be? ;S

Loss of fps normally means you need to investigate the compression part of your gearbox (spring, piston, cylinder, piston head, nozzle, hop unit). Swap back one time at a time to isolate the parts causing the loss. bit of trial and error!

Did you use the O ring that came with the piston head ? , try a new one, thats a common issue.
