  1. It's supposed to move past safe, that's how you remove it.
  2. PayPal dispute won't get you anywhere if its stuck in customs, that is no fault of the sender whatsoever. I ordered one a week or so ago and mine has just got to the customs charging part, so I should have mine by the end of next week I hope.....fingers crossed.
  3. Feel like I'm going on a bit now, but the first useful upgrade for the VFC MP7 has just been released. http://www.wgcshop.com/wgc2008/main/product_detail1.php?search_From=searchItem&item=TGBB-VFC-MP7-MKIT&search=special&rs=VFC%20mp7&catid=&cat=&view_choice=c Enhanced recoil spring to replace the current weak one and more for me than anyone else a new nozzle return spring as I've damaged mine
  4. Right here goes. RS MP7 (weights direct from H&K website) Gun 1.9kg 40rnd mag 200g Single round of 4.6x30 6.5g x 40 260g Gun with empty mag 2.1kg Gun with loaded mag 2.36kg VFC MP7 (weighed by myself so allow a couple of grams +/-) Gun 1.4kg 40rnd mag with gas no ammo 600g Gun with gassed mag no ammo 2kg Gun, mag, clone Eotech, clone M600 and VFC suppressor 2.6kg So gun alone the VFC is a full 500g lighter than the RS. Gun plus mag (empty) 100g lighter than RS, closest to RS weights your going to get. Put 40 rounds in your RS MP7 and your 360g heavier than t
  5. Its sure crying out (or at least I am) for a metal inner body.I see people saying that the VFC is the correct weight compared to the RS, however if you check the tech sheet on the RS MP7 and then weigh your own (VFC only quote one weight, presumably gun and mag) then the VFC comes in quite a bit lighter than the RS, I think the gap comes down when you compare RS loaded and VFC with mag inserted. I will dig around for the specs on both and post them up if I get a chance. It also needs one in terms of longevity, L2E snapped his outer barrel because his orange flashider was glued to it, and
  6. No problems mate always glad I could help Mine didn't come with a 6mm marking at all then...lol The flashider thing is nice to finally put to bed, that means your plans for an AAC one are back on track.
  7. Where exactly is your "6mm" marking mate? I've looked everywhere on mine and can't find it anywhere...lol Nice review by the way I've got to stop buying these things on release day and from HK, mine was bloody 380fps out of the bloody box!!
  8. Sorry to say bud but I believe because of the size difference anything for the KWA or TM including flashiders won't fit, that's why the licensed MP7 flashider comes without the conversion flashider that is supplied with the one for the KWA. The rest I'd like to see though
  9. No problem bud glad your happy with it You do know all that writing on the back will come off with a wet wipe don't you? It's one of those Umarex things but and isn't on the RS so VFC print it with easily removable ink of some sort, same thing on the licensed suppressor.
  10. Think that would be too much, if I could find the 120-130 and 150% hammer springs in stock I'd go for them but I can't find them anywhere. I have also replaced my Crusader hammer for the moment and that has cleared up the issue completely, don't know 100% if this was the root cause of the issue but I don't have many other upgraded parts installed in this gun so I thought I'd just reverse the process and the 1st thing was the hammer, and for the time being it seems to have cured the issue. Fingers crossed.
  11. I don't see what all the excitement is all about?
  12. Yeah I'm trying to hold the bolt catch down, and keep it as close as possible to the camera and doing all that in the reflection of a mirror...lol The recoil is very nice certainly in comparison to the KWA version anyway. I don't sugar coat things, if it gasses out when I take the video then it gasses out I'm not too proud to admit it, but yes it steamrollers on, and although it can't load it with BBs and fire it as I'm 9 stories up and nobody in my household but me will go near it when I'm letting rip like that to film, I'm more than confident that it would easily empty a mag if you real
  13. https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=6E591A0F1D9DE6B!3833&authkey=!AHCflgBHZeq-Nlo&ithint=video%2c.mp4 Burst fire cold mag about a week old. https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=6E591A0F1D9DE6B!3832&authkey=!AD4OdScNzkkJFlw&ithint=video%2c.mp4 Full auto again cold mag today. Hope those links work.
  14. I only ever did full mag dumps (along with half the YouTube community) to prove the point that it could be done without issue and it can easily, other than that I never use full auto as to be honest as unless your on top of your target your realistically not going to hit sod all. It really annoyed me that this gun got such a poor reputation even before its widespread release on what appeared to be the strength of a single YouTube video. Very glad I took the risk because mine runs sweet
  15. I have to be honest though I've only taken mine out for one skirmish so far and that was CQB, but saying that it didn't skip a beat the whole day, its accuracy was great (baring in mind the short distances) its gas consumption was very very good, giving me two useful mags of BBs per fill of gas, and it has given me none of the gassing out that has given this gun such a bad name. The recoil is immense compared to that of the KWA, and I believe even the TM. Its main internal trigger parts are steel, the trigger bar, hammer and full auto sear are all steel, and the valve knocker is made of the
  16. I shall refer you to the very long semi review I just wrote via convo....lol But here's how mine currently looks, just to tease you a little Might still have a PEQ on it yet but I'm not sure.
  17. Ok so I fitted a harder hammer spring (not specific just random) to mine and hey presto, light striking and poor blowback have disappeared, however it has had the unwanted drawback of making the bloody thing fire full auto even in semi!!! Removed the spring, think I shall put up with the 3-4 shots of poor blowback and keep my ability to use semi auto.
  18. Yes The Azimuth reduced flow floating valve fits the VFC MP7, it's exactly the same valve as in the MP5s.
  19. Cheers bud, they are out of stock of all strengths but I will keep an eye out for a restock and have a peek on other sites.
  20. See i haven't got anything in the OHMs hole and mine still works perfectly, infact when i did fill the hole with the little piece of rubber BBs jammed in the hop rubber even with it fully adjusted off. We all do know too that there are two different types of hop arm on different MP5s, one is designed to have no nub and one is designed to have a nub under it, obviously you need the type of arm designed to use a nub under it. 21. Yep mags 100% full and room temp. I do and I don't lock the charging handle back prior to inserting the mag but I will certainly give it a try locking it back every time and see what happens. I did see you mention the 130% hammer spring but I haven't seen any anywhere, I'd appreciate a point in the right direction if you wouldn't mind. And no bust BBs either, forgot to mention the Crusader feed ramps installed on both too, but the problem was present prior to installing them anyway.
  22. I'm using Maple leaf diamond 60 degree hop rubber Maple leaf OHM hop tensioner And VFC Psalm inner barrels for both of mine. One issue I've got though that you might be able to shed some light on for me. Sometimes random but mostly on the first 2-3 shots, the blowback is very poor, after those 2-3 shots it returns to normal, but the occasional weak blowback will crop up. Happens on both but more on the A3 than the K, the K has just about every upgrade possible from various different manufacturers, the A3 is standard with the exception of steel hammer, (also in the K) steel hammer sh
  23. Obviously one of those things that works for some but not others then. Done the mod to both my K and and my A3 and phenomenally improved the range and accuracy and that's with the hop just barely on and using .25s, not having any issues with either of them having BBs rolling down the barrel either. They have both had around the 1000 rounds mark put down them since the mod was done so something may still crop up, but I've got 2 complete spare standard hop units just in case, saying that though given how utterly *suitcase* the standard hop setup was out of the box I would be inclined to wor
  24. Ha, I thought that was the HK45...lol, in my defence there isn't a lot of difference until you look closely.
