  1. You need to check or change the chamber packing to fix what your saying, its the bucking lips that is going to far inside the chamber. 2. On a side note, nozzle o-ring should be changed to a white systema one, it will help on the feeding issues. Regarding orga and mag adjuster, i'm on an m130 cyl and have NO issues lidting .40 bb's so dont understand the fuss???
  3. I have installed new fcc planetary gears and sungear in an A&K gearboks with slight mods.
  4. A lot on the masada FB group use them and are happy, i have one also. And yes they come un anodized, but can be anodized no problem
  5. Im pretty surpriced that people have to mod the MAG adjuster to get it to work, i'm overhopping .43's easy with my pdi 6.05 barrel and m130 cyl, even on my 90 cyl its easy to overhop .43's. I agree that the orga adjuster is awsome but it needs "heavy" bb's vs fps to work the best, ie 90 cyl /.28 bb. 110 cyl/.30 bb. 130 cyl/.32bb's
  6. Ive had about 5 a&k ptw apart the last short time, 3 with broken gears and two with broken electronics. All ive seen have had extremely much resistance in the gearbox so its deffenently an issue. Problem is sungear as earlyer stated and it could be fixed to run more free
  7. Orga hops need heavy bb/pr fps ie. .28 at least for m100 and .32-.36 for m130 otherwise it will loose acuracy. MAG adjuster can use .25 and up no problem.
  8. You need a thicker nub and harder cushings or a spring for the adjuster
  9. My fault then. Yea, bolt action funktion is one of the reasons why i love ptw's
  10. Yep but wasent that what he asked for??
  11. Its easy, take some tape and put it on top of the white switch the boltstop pushes at, job done
  12. The fcc motor is not off spec but a tight fit. Small adjustments witha file is normal as they are made like this to give an extra solid feel to the grip
  13. Where is the fitting off? Air-lab version is 9mm vearings and bearings are included so price is higher

  15. Good review old new but still great. A few adds to it tho. Be carefull not to take the cyl apart to much as it will strip the ends because the material isent strong enough. Hop-up unit is quite leakey out the bix so will need a little attention in that area too. Also quality of the innerbarrel is quite low, you can actually feel it by just holding it in your hands and have poor surface quality but it will work as a start. When these small issues fixed ( hop-up leak and cyl. Is airtight ) it easely does 140 M/S so new spring is needed
  16. Air-lab has just got the CNC gearboxes in, 7075 aluminum
  17. I think so, some have rewired the oem one but change it also, its only pennys
  18. Yes and its the best upgrade for it. Just remember to re-use the A&K pinion gear
  19. The chamber itself doesent stabilize the adjuster, thats why when you put the chamber together you have to squize the adjuster arm a little so it sits firm to the square part of the barrel
  20. Thb kdm and fcc gen 2 is just for ease off adjustment, it doesent aid in precision or range. Concentrate on getting the adjuster to sit tight arround the inner barrel, change the cushings to hard ones or a spring, and the nub to a more soft version then the original, thats pretty much it
  21. Its not the barrel or chamber that makes the gun shoot great, but how its put together, people seem to forget that. And besides the hop-up unit you also need bucking and barrel
  22. Its not pulling the cylinder so check metal teath rack in the cyl
