Does anyone know of a G17 RMR slide that's just a basic Glock, rather than an aftermarket (ZEV, SAI etc.) one?

Thanks! I've been keeping an eye on the Volante ones, which look promising aside from the eye-watering price. I guess he figures he's going to have to amortize the development costs of the new BBU solely over this handful of slides - I'll wait and see.

Nice! Sadly (sort of) I already bought a PGC G17 slide, another Volante BBU and an ALG 6 Second with a clone T1...

Does anyone know anything about airgun valve design?

-
Sure
-
Depends on which model. CO2 holds higher pressure so there is a lot of limitation of the flow. There are still flute valves, but they are structured differently. TBH airsoft flute valves are possibly best system for blowback vs power out of the airgun systems. I have a Daisy 2003 which works like an open bolt MG.
-
They are vastly different from the GAMO blowback pistols vs the Umarex PPKs

WTB: Aimpoint CompM3. Anyone?
-
I want to buy a T1/H1 clone, but I want it with Aimpoint trademarks. Recommendations?

Thinking about making a cross between a VTAC and a VCAS. Does anyone have an ALICE strap adjuster/buckle to sell? https://goo.gl/IucdPs

That'd be great, cheers!

No worries!

Anyone know the proper way to sling a Block I SOPMOD?

with crane stock http://i68.tinypic.com/314xmjp.jpg

those are just some from off the top of my head... a common theme is the sling is mounted to the stock - have yet to see a block 1 with a buffer tube sling mount... not saying it never happened though!!

Has anyone ever used a Bowman radio? Seeing tons of them on eBay, and wondering why I never see them at skirmishes.

-
The Bowman headsets are all over eBay and also not very expensive. The radios themselves are 2.4Ghz - the same frequency as a lot of WiFi routers, Xbox controllers, all that.
-
A post on arrse refers to them knocking out Wifi connections. The search engine here is *suitcase* so havn't had much luck but I'd suggest that is the reason they are not commonly used!

OK, who's put Hogue rubber grips on an airsoft P226, and wants to tell me where to Dremel?
-
Anyone have PGC/Pro-Win P226 grip adapter rings?

The SVD bipod market is a perfect demonstration of income inequality. Top: http://goo.gl/agwKUK Bottom: http://goo.gl/XsBJBk

hitmanNo2, the S-1 bipod is expensive because IZHMASH hardly made any of them (hundreds, maybe low thousands) and they were never offered for sale to civilians. Gunmane, the Prodiz SDA-C101 and its various Chinese clones are supposed to be OK. The three-point attachment method of the S-1 looks so much better, but I'm not paying $1k for a bipod...
-
I see. I wouldn't have ever considered an accessory such as a bipod for an SVD would be made in such limited numbers considering how many years it's been in use.
-
That second one looks like it was made from Triscuits.
-
Friend of a roommate sees my SVD, mentions he has some ancient airsoft stuff he's looking to ditch - says it's an Uzi made by a company you've never heard of, Tokyo Marui or something...

-
That could be a bit of bargain hunting then
-
I'll have to see what he's asking for it.

'Oh. It's a TM Uzi? Common, antiquated thing. Guess I could give you £20 for it'

How about $40 shipping for Bianchi Speed Strips worth $10?
-
As Arnies resident Surefire fanatic, why not just go for the regular M952 which as best I can tell is exactly identical, but had a different NSN number?
-
I would be hard pressed to find even a regular M952 BNIB for $90. I probably will end up acquiring a regular M952XM07 at some point.

Oh God - forced to choose between a RS SVD and Aitch's NOVA SFA Operator LDC...

Personal preference would be that SFA Operator LDC... *sploosh*

SVD!

I've got the SVD and I'm sure you will never regret buying one. It's just so well made, so buy it. You know you can't resist.

RealSword SVD on sale. Anybody want to buy my wood-stocked, scoped and upgraded G&G M14?

It's a quarter of the price of the gun! (Not to mention EMS ALWAYS gets caught for customs). I've e-mailed back asking if they have any other options...
-
EMS is still less likely to get caught by customs than UPS, FEDEX or DHL, who will deliberately take your package and get customs to fastlane assess it and bill you for the privilege
-
I'd be doing better if UNCo. weren't steadfastly refusing to acknowledge any other shipping system. I'll e-mail you later.

If anyone's looking for a simply exceptional airsoft gunsmith, PM Aod on here. The transformation of my new P226 is just unbelievably good.

When they start handing out engineering degrees for free, I'm sure he will!

Damnit! I have a Guarder kit lying here and I'm still waiting for UNFailCompany to send me the TM P226. Oh well time to prove that I have a little Aod in me.

You said it would just be between us Probotector! :'(

Looking for an M3 (3.5-10x40mm Leupold Mk. IV LR/T) replica - please, please let me know if you know where they're on sale or have one to sell me!

Sent an ACM Leupold Mk.4 LR/T 3.5-10x40mm M1. Does anyone here want to buy it cheap? If not, I'll send it back.

Possibly meee! Any pics?

It looks pretty much exactly like this - http://www.leupold.com/tactical/scopes/mark-4-lrt-riflescopes/mark-4-lrt-3-5-10x40mm-lrt-m1-illum-ret/ - and I can take some photos for you, if you like, this evening?
-
No, that's fine - I was thinking of something completely different. I'll pass! GLWS.

Genuine Colt Defense M4 upper receiver fits my Inokatsu lower like a glove! Hurray!

Bloody Echigoya! Anyone have a SURUS to sell me?

Anyone know a reliable way of getting hold of Echigoya? It's like they don't want my money...

Also - the phone number on their site doesn't work!
-
That sounds the opposite to Redwolf they will take your money, but never reply afterwards ;-)
15 emails in the last year - none answered, except for one concerning- you guessed it money :-) My last email was asking why they put down the full amount on the customs invoice for parts worth $300, they arrived in a small package as most of the parts were tiny and I got stung for €70 customs charges, I made a note to them on the Paypal invoice and also the original order form, I've sp...
-
I found a working phone number on their Facebook page, so I'm going to harangue them as soon as it's 10AM JST. What kind of business doesn't answer e-mails sent in reply to invoices?! If anyone else sold these parts I'd have taken my business elsewhere some time ago...
-
I'm gonna be eating beans for the next month or three - but my SURUS and the rest of Prometheus' catalogue is on order!

No modification in airsoft ever 'just works'. Anyone know a P60 drop-in that fits SureFire's P114?
