I needed new pants for my new team's loadout, so I picked up a pair of Crye G3 combat pants in Multicam. So far, I am BEYOND happy with them, and will deffo be rocking these full time unless I absolutely have to wear something else. So the shorter hammer strut - are you referring to the bit that has the hammer spring wrapped around it and inserts into the mainspring seat? I run a RS mainspring seat and enhanced hammer spring on my KJW, so I'm familiar with the back end there. Thanks for the info thus far guys.

Nope. We all do ridiculous things for our replicas. For example, I've got a real rail, stock, grip, and optic going on my new WE build. Not strange at all. It just offers you a different level of quality.
