Ok i'll try silicon grease. The same stuff that I would use on an AEG piston head right? I'll give it a go tomorrow, a bit late here to be shooting full auto with the KJ being as loud as it is. The neighbours upstairs will complain

Yeah, I gave it a spray of airsoft silicon lube and rubbed it into the o-ring before i stored it about a week and a half ago. Wasn't too sparing with the stuff either.

Thanks for all the help man I bought this from another member on arnies so i'll tell what i can see. There's one of your pistons in there and your velocity reducer. All other parts appear to be stock. The piston is free to move over the seal. When it stops it does so very suddenly, it doesn't appear to have any sign of weak blowback before it stops.

When it stops I can rack the handle and get another few shots off at a good rate of fire. My can isn't new but i can still feel some liquid propane sloshing around in there. I tried to see if the BCG was not engaging the auto-sear by taking the mag out, racking the handle, switching to auto, pulling the trigger and then racking the handle. It succedes in dropping the hammer every time the bolt returns to the forward position :-S

I've checked the valves on the back of the mags and they're quick to return. I'm not sure about the auto sear spring though. Is there a picture that shows how it's meant to be?

Hi, I'm getting erratic full-auto I read that some others have experience this but couldn't find a solution. The symptom is that it will fire 3-4 rounds fine then stop with the hammer forward. Using Green gas at the mo. Has anyone managed to find a way to rectify this? Cheers
  7. This guy is an excellent seller. All packaged up nicely, delivery when he said he would and great communications throughout :)

  8. Great buyer. Super prompt payment and general nice guy to deal with.

  9. From what i remember of my one it was always pretty blue. Didn't have a problem with it when shooting both eyes open though.
  10. Pantac/Phantom make a mp7 specific holster. It looks a bit like a guarder tornado but is much bigger and will fit with the rails attached.
  11. see if you can take the head apart. The real ones don't come apart like in the picture earlier in the thread where you can get to the emitter itself. The real heads are sealed units
  12. Didn't it say in a few posts above that it's subjectively possibly brighter than the real SF Scoutlight? :-) Surely that's enough brightness for you hehe. Seriously though the real scoutlight is plenty bright and this really does seem about equivalent.
  13. Just in case you didn't know already, Pantac also make a one point sling for the CIRAS that ties into the release system. When you release the vest the sling is also ditched. http://www.scopeandlaser.com/index.php?sp=...p;more=&lang=en
  14. the pic is shows working em600c on the left and not working properly one on the right
  15. I'm happy to report that mine is a dud!!! (well kinda ) my friend's one arrived in the post and having compared them it's very clear that mine is not quite right. Check out the attached picture. My friend's one is easily comparable to a Cree Q5 6p drop in so buy away!! It really is a great torch for the price.
  16. I need to revise what I said above as i've gotten hold of a surefire P60 and side by side the eM600c is brighter I know it's $30, hence why i'm not overly upset about it, but i wanted to give a fair comparison with other flashlights out there. I don't want to overly hype a product that performs averagely compared to other items that can be had for a similar price. The features and the finishing are very good but the light output is just average. I have two other lights both equiped with cheap 10 quid p60 sized drop ins. One outperforms this by a noticable margin and the other greatly out
  17. Just a quick update while I wait for my mate's clone to turn up so that we can check if i have a lemon. If my one is not a lemon then this clone is subjectively a little less bright than a standard surefire p60 bulb which is rated at 60 lumens. Which in this modern tactical flashlight age... is rather dim The lens as has been noted by other reviewers is very tight and gives very little side spill. The combination of not very bright and not much side spill makes this an odd flashlight. If you do room to room clearance then the lack of side spill makes it less than ideal when bursting into
  18. i've just received mine and i have to say... either i've got a lemon or the light output is much less than stated. I've compared it to an old Cree XR-E 6p drop in i have and it's much less bright. I'd say it might only be around 60 lumens. It's bright compared to something like a maglite (which for those in the flashlight-fan world is patheticly dim) but not anywhere near the claimed 180 lumens. Not awful but not as bright as other users have lead me to beleive. My teammate has one coming in the post as well so i'll soon be able to check if it mine is indeed a one off lemon. Also i

http://www.tokyo-model.com.hk/ecshop/goods.php?id=6071 509mm x 6.03mm... what kind of monster fps would you get out of this i wonder :-O
  20. Been there... done that haha
  21. You're too slow on the trigger Duckling. I believe I successfully fracked myself before you had the chance to frack me.
  22. i just thought of a potential use for the steel carrier. If anyone is mad enough to install a really long custom barrel on the MP7 then it might help in reaching "ultimate power!!!". The extra gas released might help make the most of a really long barrel and heavy BB if the standard amount of gas released proves insufficient to make the most of such a crazy setup. Edit - oh wait. Looks like I am ill afterall and losing my mind. The same amount of gas goes to the bb irrespective of how long the carrier takes to move.
  23. Galactica has one. I know because had lots of fun firing bursts of tracers through it hehe. I can't remember where he got it from exactly but it was UK based.
  24. in the right enviroment it can make you almost invisible.... No points for spotting my kneepads hehe. http://www.teamtbag.co.uk/gallery/2007/TA5...s/IMG_2868b.JPG Depends on where you play really. If it's mainly very green then CADPAT is the best. Watch out for fakes on ebay though. The colours of the pattern are very important. In the pic i linked i'm wearing a Parklands brand top and a Frontenac brand bottoms. The Frontenac works much better and they're meant to be the official manufacturer for the Canadian forces. I think it's to do with the contrast of the colours giving an

I would think it's not likely as the Twist Barrel is going to come with the Japan version.... which if it is to be legal will be limited to 1J power.
