I think the pics of cleaning grafitti were and are more for propoganda purposes than anything. I would not be suprised if someone on their team actually spray painted the grafitti just so these photos could be staged. Knowing the the social context of the photos adds a lot of information to the photographs. And O'mally: You should think long and hard about the consequences of getting "sponsored" by the Army.
