Got it yesterday, super fast & friendly. Free shipping! The holster is perfect and I got a little present with my order. Tested & approved -
Thanks Jibbity! A well deserved thread for the guys at WGC! I've just placed my third order through them (a big one^^) and will give you feedback. For the previous orders they were extremely quick and prices are highly competitive. I was horrified when I got my first order because the box containing a TM Colt Python had been cut-out in many places!! But I realised they'd cut out the "Colt" logos on the box and even covered the logos on the gun with tape to avoid customs confiscating or destroying the item because lthe Colt licence is owned by Cybergun and TM has no authorization! Thx WGC.

Oops! They ARE on holiday. http://www.hebcal.com/hebcal/ Thanks Mimesis -
Someone had told me I could order fom them (http://www.israeli-weapons.com/) with my eyes closed so I did, on september 19th this year. I ordered a beautiful IMI Belt Paddle Holster for my MEU (31€ paypal incl. free delivery). Communication is one-way, I've sent two emails now to both the info & the sales department and have had no reply. Used to getting a quick tracking number from the HK shops, I'm a bit surprised and a little worried. Please reassure me and tell me you've had a great buying axperience with them... Of course, I will keep you posted on my order and its outcom

2 and a half months with no news is not a good sign, have you tried phoning them? Paypal usually recommends you wait one month before going forward with legal procedures, but this is way past waiing time...

So they KNOW that as a reccuring problem bur they don't REALLY try to prevent it do they? (yes I know...the warranty)

Got it Phubar, not taking it personally Nice Mk23! I think FS could have first asked me to send it back to them to have a look at, instead when I contacted them the first question was what gas did you use?" as if they were actually expecting it or had the ready-made reason for the gun malfunctioning. Customer's unhappy: take the product back and then see what's up...better than just being told you used the wrong gas, take your 200€ gun and shove it. Still now we don't actually know for sure what damaged the gun! Over & out for good on this topic.

Phubar said "What you are asking is for the retailer to test every single pistol type and record their findings. " They don't need to do research, they just need to know and make sure their customers know and are fully satisfied and do not blame TM like I've been hearing at airsoft games lately. TM makes the ultimate pistols and deserves retailers to make sure the gun will used as it's been designed to. Pity people have to spend tons of cash to become "educated" but then again "in today's economic climate" people gotta make money! Loadout TM L96 + PDI internals (465 FPS) TM M14 + Gu

They could and should do it, at least refering to the gases they sell. Untrue. People all over are using the gas they found in the shop where they bought their gun or just using ultrair because their buddies (who have full metal KJWs) use it! The info is really hard to find and retailers generally know """"" and just jumped on the airsoft band wagon. By the way, why does Fire Support recommand Cibergun gas in the warranty and not Abbey Predator 144a which is the true equivalent to Japanese 134a??? Do they have an exclusivity deal with them? Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Cybergu

I've never had anything else but Marui Gbbs, I can't say anything about other replicas... TM FN Five-seveN

I disagree with you, it's not a matter of quality control!! 134a is the RECOMMENDED gas! Doing research I've found plenty busted up guns from using green, here's just one of many: Temperature is an essential factor when deciding what gas to use! (see, I learn quickly^^)
-
Point made
-
I disagree still and they won't hear from me again as it's their responsibility to make sure customers won't be disatisfied as opposed to just covering THEIR asses by slipping a tiny sentence on the warranty page mentioning a gas nobody uses! I'll leave it at that now knowing some will unfortunately endure the same dilemma.
-
What lie? I didn't lie, to me Cybergun gas was cybergun gas! You can't expect everyone to be educated in gas pressures and it doesn't even say "summer" or "winter" on the cans. Anyway it doesn't change the fact that it's a con selling a gun without any recommendations at all, I mean jeez, you're going to sell a lot of Maruis if all your customers are using Walther gas! What a scam!! Oh and by the way Fire Support is out of stock for Abbey Predator 144a, the recommended gas for Marui....coincidence?" Nevermind if they don't have any I'll just get some Ultrair, they say it's fine....it's only

Sorry Samm I'm not going to bother with that, you won't really see anything; the wider gap between the parts of the slide won't be visible on the pics...the gun's shooting two BBs at a time (one drops on the ground)...and you can feel a slight "bump" on the "gap" side when putting the slide back on the frame! Ok I used the wrong gas!!! Apart from that I'd still like to say that it is shameful for retailers not to openly tell people that they need to be careful with the type of gas they use depending on what replica they use and the temperatures under which they play!! I've been doing a

Summer...winter...autumn... A lot of people use Ultrair & Walther gas (which are absolutely not suitable) but as I said I used the gun ONCE with cybergun gas and it's broken! Moerover I have another Deagle which I've been using for a year every week using Cybergun Extreme Blowback and it's fine. My friends use the same gas and have had no problems...so no I'm not being rude, I just spent 200€ on a gun which doesn't work. Anybody in my place would feel the same unless he has money to throw away. If the summer gas is the Extreme Blowback then what is the winter one called duh?
-
Highly disapointed with these guys!! Purchased a Marui Chrome Desert Eagle which happens to be faulty. I used for the first time last sunday using Cybergun summer gas. Frank insists that it's due to using the wrong gas in the wrong conditions but my friend ordered the Marui Glock 26 and it's working great...same gas, same conditions! Of course I'm prepared to send it back at my own cost as long as the warranty covers repairs or replacement of the gun but they won't hear of it and insist that it'll be at my own expenses. Is it because I'm French (South African in fact)? Here's the exchange

900 Fps!! No ways this can be used for skirmishing! A lot of protection goggles just wouldn't withstand that kind of power...especially in CQB situations, when it's usually the time to whip out one's "lighter" side-gun. What's the usual limit in the Uk?
